We had recently had our bathroom remodeled. Shawn and his teammate were so professional. They were attention to detail as well as they had a lot of passion in their work you could tell that. Make sure we knew who was coming and what was going on as the project progressed. Sierra was amazing.

Very Disappointed with Company Policy. Had a great service and electrician came out for full day job. We had an issue with lights that went out in the mud room after the electrician left, we assumed it was a function of the work done. We called them back and they visited the next day and said it was on a different circuit and not out a service run and requested 89.95 for the service call. We disputed the charge because it was just too much of a coincidence with the fixed outlet next to the light and blew out. We received a call later informing us that electrician was docked the pay because he did not collect when here. I was upset that the most important person in the company, the electrician who did amazing work, was punished because of our dispute and his pay was docked. I immediately payed the bill and more (to tip him) to ensure the electrician is not penalized for my dispute. Wish someone would have called me before telling their most important person they wouldn't get paid. I had a long talk with a service manger that explained the policy of collecting at time of service and explained there should be a better process for dispute resolution to avoid the one who is most important getting not being paid. Frustrated consumer, but electrician was very nice and did great work.

He ran an industrial snake outside and took pictures inside the sewer line. He determined sewer backup was due to fiber optic pipe boring into the sewer pipe. He contracted the responsible people and scheduled repairs. We were very pleased with Matt’s service.

Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

My home warranty program uses this company. Wed Dec 19. Arrival was timely, I had raw sewage standing in my basement. Jimmy explained that I would have a quote Thur morning. I called Thur afternoon and was told the office was waiting on Jimmy. I knew that was not true as I had spoken with Christy on Wed afternoon while Jimmy was at my house. Well, Dec 31, I still have raw sewage standing and Do Not have a quote from them. They took my money and have done nothing else. I've contacted another plumbing company to get my situation resolved.

Had an appointment time they were a no-call no-show. Attempted to call and leave a voicemail along with text message. Got no response back.
