UPDATE ON BOTTOM! If you read my wife's review their response is a COMPLETE lie! We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

I only have wonderful things to say about Vessels. I used this company just in the last couple of days for an emergent plumbing situation at my home and truly, they exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is really excellent; I always felt very cared for and taken care of. Every person I interacted with was kind and courteous. They answered all of our questions and even offered extra tid-bits of information. Not to mention, the workmanship was excellent and finished very timely. All around A+.

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Eric, Sera, Tanner, and Tyler were great in dealing with our unique situation we had with our kitchen sink and faucet. They were all very understanding on what we wanted done and were able to get it done! Locally and family owned which shows! Having a house built in 1925 has it qwerks but they were able to problem solve and install our new sink/faucet. Would recommend!

I had a GREAT experience with Blackburn & Davis. They truly went above and beyond for me.... they (Daryl) came in and were able to fix what another company had royally messed up on a disastrous install (literally installed backwards) and get my AC up and running within the hour. I would highly recommend Blackburn & Davis!

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

Truck fee $130 ( half mile away from our home ) ; Machine fee :$60 ;labor $150 ( $0 for material he didn’t use any) = total cost $340 ( discount $30 lol !) so if you are ready to pay this much to fix a clogged sink call this guy!
