I felt very comfortable asking questions(unlike others that seemed sketchy) He was very thorough in finding the problem and making sure it was the only issue. Gave me all my options including $efficient and over all best option to take care of the whole house through out yr/future.💜💓 I didn't feel like I got robbed$ and problems not solved. Travis was my technician, he was on time, inspected and let me know what was needed. Job was done fast and quality work. Travis was very polite and professional, would highly recommend.

Josh was a valued professional to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way. They were extremely timely. I called for a quote on a water heater install, and he was there within an hour to quote. I ordered a water heater through my own company, and he had it installed within 24 hours of receiving it. Outstanding service.

Excellent Plumber

I hired a new Circle mechanical to come fix a two prong outlet and check out my electrical panel of which both are next to each other in my basement.
My 89 service call turned out to be a $745 padded bill.
The first electrician that showed up was only here 5 to 10 minutes before another electrician John arrived
I later found out the next day that John was the owner of the company
They went on a wild goose chase, even demanding to see my water heater looking for every single thing they could find wrong in my home
They had several different things going on all at the same time. At one point I had to finally tell them we were out of time they had to leave
They claimed that I had a 30 V showing on the ground wire in a kitchen outlet, and it was extremely dangerous. Since they have been here, I have had to reputable company’s, certified electricians here in Louisville look at the same issue and both have told me independently there is no issue there is no 30 V on the ground wire and the outlet is safe.
I question their abilities as electricians, but more importantly, John’s business practices. I did not give permission for two electricians to be here. I was not given a choice, but charged for both of their time.
I did not ask them to look through my entire house, nor did I ask them to look at my water heater. John used very unethical business practices to pad my bill and to bully me.
They had not even left my home before I called the office to complain and the
next day, when I called to tell them I hadn’t heard from anybody John returned my call immediately.
At this point he informed me he was the owner of the company. He began to yell at me, scream at me and would not allow me to even voice any of my concerns. He was rude, arrogant, and started to threaten me. I immediately hung up.
My word of warning is be very careful if you hire this company. My issues did not get fixed and I got duped and bullied into a $745 bill
There are much better electricians, who have better worth ethics than John and new Circle mechanical.

2 sump pump replacement. As usual Mat was professional, on time, provided EXCELLENT service and answered questions. I will always use Mat for all future plumbing needs. This was the third time in a year we needed service and each and every time we felt confident in Mat's knowledge and professionalism that we were in great hands. Thanks again Mat.

Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.
