We had two new garage door opener’s installed. Both technicians (one was Thad)were polite and efficient, and thoroughly went through the quote, invoice, and how to use the new openers. I would highly recommend them!

Adam worked diligently for five hours trying to figure out how to fix our cracked soil line and the connecting pipe from the kitchen that drained into the soil line. He had go into the crawl space under the house to do part of the repair. He used no protective cardboard or anything on the floor or shoe covering protection, and walked in and out of our house many times, getting waste water and wet, moldy drywall residue on our carpeting from the basement, up the stairs, and into our living room. After I thought the repair was finished, he discovered he needed another part and left to get it. He had already had me run water and flush the toilet to check for leaks before he left. No leaks were detected, but he was not satisfied with the repair so he left to get another part. He failed to notify me he had removed the first repair before he left, so since I had waited hours and hours with no restroom facilities, I used the bathroom and flushed, which sent more water into the basement floor. When I discovered the water, I placed a rolled up towel on the floor as a water barrier. When he returned, we had to find boxes out of our garage to put down on the floor for him to stand on, or he would have stood in that and then walked through our home again. The repair seems to be working so far, and Adam was very personable and didn't give up on what must have been a difficult job, but I am very disappointed in our possibly ruined carpeting now that it has mold, drywall mush, and sewage water tracked on it. PVC pipe materials were also thrown into our front yard and left that we had to pick up. I have never had this happen before and have been a loyal Greenwell Plumbing customer for years without a problem.

When i called to set up a tech the lady was a little rude when i told her i needed a tech later in the day. But when the 2 techs got to my house they were super friendly and got the issue fixed no problem. I will use them again.

Do not use this company as they are scam artists!! They will take your money, misdiagnose, and not fix anything!! The owner is extremely rude and even appointment setter is rude!!! I highly recommend using a different and way better plumber in the Louisville area!
