Fast response time and friendly service

Everytime I call, some one picks up the phone then hangs up. Service is less than poor but that is not option, called 4 times in a row, every time they pick up the phone then hang up. 5th time they picked up the phone and set it aside no one answered. 6th time they let it ring to voicemail. Would not recommend wasting you time even calling this company.

We have been unable to get anyone to come to our house and help get our gas fireplace to work. I went online this morning and as soon as I put my request in, I had a phone call confirming that I needed help. Then Griffin Kennedy called me to get our appointment set up. Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.
