Not thrilled with the office support. Dealing with the company for 2months and the issue was not fixed. The service men were awesome, very polite and willing to work overtime to resolve the problem. The office made them leave because they had to move on to the next appointment. When I called the office to ask if the guys could just finish the job, the manager said, sorry, I have customers who don't have water, we will just send another team out to you tomorrow. As if my appointment was not a priority. The 3rd set of workers came out, capped some pipes and issue still isnt resolved. I paid the bill and ended my business relationship. Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

We originally had Tom Drexler come out to try and snake our drain but they left us with a clogged sink and a quote for a $4,700 solution. 2-10 Home warranty sent PlumbRight out to our house and the technician Patrick was so nice and polite. He came in and rand the snake again and wouldn't you know it, he got it unclogged. He ran the water and filled up the sink 3 time just to make sure it was working properly. He was quick but thorough. I will use PlumbRight in the future for things outside the scope of our home warranty. Would highly recommend.
