I operate Sola Salons Louisville and it is so difficult to find a contractor that is easy to communicate and be reliable. Vessels has been a blessing from above for us, Tonya who usual handles the phones when I call is incredibly personable and always exceeds my expectations. The actual plumbers are amazing, I had a hot water heater problem and they came at 10pm at night to fix even though I could tell they were exhausted. I take pride in what I do personally and seeing others do that means the world to me. Thank you Vessels!

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

I just moved into my house not too long ago and haven’t had any problems up until now, and not being from the area I didn’t have a plumber to come look at my toilet when it was leaking. I called Bryant and sons and made an appointment for the next day. The entire process was great from the customer service to the reasonable prices. Jerry was so nice and talked me through what the problem was with my toilet. They have definitely gained a long term customer!

My husband and I called them for an emergency about a month ago bc our bathroom was backing up in the basement. The plumber that called us was extremely rude on the phone and you could tell it was an inconvenience for him to come out. As if it was exactly what we wanted to do on a Wednesday night at 8pm. He asked a ton of questions and even acted like it wasn’t something they handle. Silly us to call a company who unclogs pipes to unclog a pipe. He was frustrated and condescending from the moment he arrived. Until he realized we actually had a problem. After that he became more patient and nice. He worked very hard to get the line unclogged (which is the only reason for the 2 stars) he told us that at some point we should have a camera ran but for now we were ok “he thought”.
3 weeks later we had a very similar issue. Just not quite as clogged. But we knew we needed to address it. We called a few companies in the evening for another emergency visit but then ultimately decided to wait until morning. We actually spoke to the first plumber from roto rooter who was at our house weeks ago and he mentioned that if we were waiting until morning we needed to check if our service would still be under warranty.
I called back the following morning only to be met with a very rude receptionist. She told me she knew who we were bc the plumber had added notes and that “we voided our warranty when the plumber broke his equipment in our line”. I fail to see how that’s our fault. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. I told her that I would have to call her back bc I needed to check with my husband on availability. We immediately picked up the phone and called another company and all within 3 hours they came, assessed the problem and repaired it. I am not saying that Roto Rooter doesn’t do a good job and but their customer service and professionalism could really really use some work. Tread lightly if you plan to use them.

Called yesterday at closing time and they were out first thing this morning to fix a clogged sewer drain. I have a small office with one bathroom. We had dozens of clients scheduled today and are glad they were able to take care of the situation right away.

Bryant always sends knowledgeable and efficient reps. This was a repeat visit this week for warranty parts replacement and the reps were friendly, clear with their explanations, got the job done, and the charges were reasonable and within the local market.

Had a clogged tub and leaking under the tub through the drain. They came in and repaired the issue going above and beyond. I live on a concrete slab and had to pull up my tub, jack hammer a 2 ft deep x 3 ft area to replace all the pipes and trap that was decayed. Also, found other pipes that were leaking from my kitchen sink pipes. Poured in new concrete, put in new tub, shower attachments, faucet, new tub surround and all new pipes. Definitely recommend to anyone.
