Best Any Plumbing Repair in Louisville KY

I called and they were here in 30 minutes. I had technician David. Very professional and had my furnace working in less than a hour and highly recommend.

My elderly mother called this company about a leaky toilet. They told her she needed a whole new toilet and valve and it would be $1500. She called me and I told her to wait, and I would send out a plumber we use for a second opinion. The other plumber fixed her toilet for $200. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman in poor health!

I was referred to Venhoff for a full basement bath build-out (break concrete, install toilet, sink, and tub/shower combo + fixtures for everything). It was a huge job to entrust to anyone, but Danny and crew from Venhoff put my mind at ease. Incredible workmanship, extremely professional crew. Richard communicated every morning to let me know when the team was on the way. No surprises, cancellations, or “approximate” time windows. Everything looks absolutely stunning and Venhoff now has a repeat customer for life.

I called & had Tim, my plumber at my home the next morning. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it with minimal disruption. I still have to fixe the hole that was cut in the sheet rock but that's just part of it. He kept it minimal and I really appreciate that. He also took a look at a tankless water heater & recommended an annual service which I did not know needed to be done. I'll be doing business with them again & hope I get Tim.

Anthony was prompt and friendly. He knew his business and was diligent to get the job completed in a timely manner. Replacing a masserator is messy business and when he finished there was not a hint that he had been there. He thoroughly cleaned every sign of a very messy project. He will definitely be my plumber of choice in the future. He comes highly recommended by me!!!

The plumber who came out, Richard L. was awesome. He took the time to answer other plumbing questions unrelated to this job. He even made recommendations to offset future problems. Great work. Great guy.

Erik diagnosed the problem, intelligently and professionally. He was very thorough in his analysis. He worked diligently and kept us informed as he completed his tasks. It took longer than we expected because the problem was worse than we thought. We were very satisfied with his professional work performance and his friendly good natured attitude. I would love to have him again, should the need arise.
