Best Air Conditioning Repairs in Louisville KY

Called at 10am for no heat since yesterday. Got a 4 pm appointment. Called alter and offered 12:30 instead! Very happy customer. Fixed up, cleaned up, heating back up and gone by 3pm. Great guys. Ladies at front desk also go out of their way. Cleaned up after themselves are are always kind and friendly. David was my service tech. He’s been to my home multiple times. Never cares that my house is a mess, always professional. Nicky is the lady at the front desk. She went out of her way to call the tech to see if he could come over while we were on the phone! All awesome. Will go out of my way to ask for David from now on!

I called Gudorf to help me install an outlet for my microwave. I had a service tech here the next day. Paul was very polite and got right to the job. He new what he was doing. He even helped me install the microwave. I would definitely recommend Gudorf from my experience.

We have been customers of Bryant for 7 years. Both our furnace and AC were installed by Bryant in the face of an emergency on the coldest and hottest days of the year that happened to be on a weekend when no other company would attend to our needs without additional fees.My experience with Bryant has been exceptional. We keep our warranty plans current and have seasonal maintenance checks performed by Bryant.David A did our pre-season furnace maintenance today and like all the technicians I have experienced from Bryant, David was courteous and provided helpful maintenance tips. We had a new water softener installed. We’ve been using Summers for several years and are always well pleased with service we receive.

Blackburn & Davis are rip off artists that take advantage of elderly property owners and give their customers nothing but the run around.
They installed a VERY loud switch in my bedroom and WILL NOT come back to fix it. I managed to talk to the owner Bob once and he was very short and snippy with me and said he was right on top of it and would call me the minute [he] had any news on finding a new switch to install. I have called their office almost every day since for over a week and left messages for the OWNER Bob to call me back and he refuses to call me. He told my landlord the work was all done so she would pay him after he told me they were going to come back and fix it. Every time I call he is out of the office and the secretary doesn't know why he hasn't called [me] yet, she left all the messages right on his desk.
