The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.

I thought I needed a new sewer and he told me that I didn't. Which I thought was awesome, he could have easily sold me something I didn't really need but he didn't. Came to fix a leak coming from my bath. He determined that the problem was that a part of the tub was not sealed properly. He changed me over $100 and didn't bother to seal the part all the way (which would have taken him an extra minute). What a waste of time and money.

Mike came in & started working on the situation immediately. I got a $300 water bill this month & he started figuring it out immediately. He took care of the problem right away & not only did he take care of the situation with a toilet that was running constantly he sent me a receipt to my email but they're sending me a copy so I can give it to the water company for an adjustment. I have used Tom Drexler before and was very happy with them. That's why I used them this time. Because I knew I could count on them.

Received several quotes from other plumbers in the area to replace 40 gallon gas water heater. Tony's Plumbing ended up having the best prices. Extremely happy with their service! Was able to replace water heater and haul away old one within a couple hours. Came back next day (on a Saturday) to replace my kitchen faucet that didn't have any pressure. Extremely happy with professionalism of workers, especially being a female homeowner. Would definitely hire again for future projects and highly recommend.
