Very professional service!! We had to have a section of sewer pipe replaced nd they were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. The line was still clogged after they replaced the pipe and went above and beyond to make sure it was going to get fixed. The owner even came out to make sure we were doing alright during this stressful time for us. Everything is great now, and they said they would come back in a week just to make sure everything is still flowing smoothly. I wil definitely recommend ASI to others, and reach out to them again if we ever have another problem.

Brought in an old plumbing part that I was stumped on how to get replacement parts for.They showed me how to replace the parts sold me the replacement parts and showed me how to put it all back together right in the store and in just a few minutes. only charged me $10! They were great!

My sump pump in the basement was giving off an awful smell, along with bath water draining out into my backyard instead of through the sewer line. I had three different plumbing companies out to try and figure out what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Each one told me what they thought it might be, but couldn't give me a definitive answer. My neighbor recommended I call Tom Sondergeld plumbing. Tom came out and was able to diagnose the problem, as well as give me a price for the job right then and there. Two weeks later, two of his employees came out to my house and were able to fix it. The issue was a cracked cast iron pipe below the basement floor. One plumbing company told me I'd have to have all the plumbing re-ran and would be somewhere in the range of $2-$3000. That wasn't even the issue, and after it was all said and done it cost me less than $900. I am very impressed with this company, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Called here during the cold snap for frozen pipes. The charge for the service call and first hour was quoted at $750. I get charging a premium around Christmas, but that is outright extortion and completely absurd. Nope. I'm not paying the house payment in Boca or your kid's college tuition in one visit.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I used Highland Plumbing for about 5 years - Greg is the owner. There was a plumber that worked for them that was really good. He left last year. Had a problem last week and Greg came out. He is ok - the problem started with the 2 guys he had come and replace 2 water heaters. Smoking on my property, played loud music while installing - very unprofessional. Will not be using them again.
