Thomas engaged me in explaining my issues. He then assessed my concerns and determined that I had two separate issues, neither being what I thought. After repairing my kitchen sink, without leaving he called to get permission to address my tub. He even pointed out what could help avoid or prevent similar future problems. All issues resolved in one trip and I am very pleased. I like Thomas.

Best plumbing service in the Louisville/Indiana area. Had a leak that flooded our whole basement coming from a sump pump that had been tripped off. He reset the pump and we were able to drain the water out. Later, the pump had failed and the water had came back but deeper. He came back out and installed a new sump pump and drained all the water out. This was the only plumbing service that we could ever get ahold of in an emergency that was willing to show up, and they actually knew what they were doing. All of our things could have been ruined had we not called them.
