Best Toilet Repair in Louisville KY

Had screwed up some things trying to install an add on for my toilet. Water everywhere, things not fitting together, big mess. Ron and his employees came out and got it all straightened out, attached the add on, no leaks. Almost a year later everything working perfectly. Very thankful for people who know what they are doing!

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!

How to change out our water heater Anthony did a fast and thorough work , had to drive all the way to Quinn, to get the correct replacement.

We called Druin because our realtor recommended them. We had no connections in the septic/sewer field, so went with them. They came out to pump and inspect our septic tank and did so professionally.

During the process, they installed a new septic alarm and could not get it to function. They told me the line underground must have been cut/damaged/etc so the signal from the septic float to the alarm was not functioning. They told me they could come back to hook up a new wire, and I told them even if not underground just hide in the deck and I'll bury it later.

A few days later the alarm started going off at 3am. No, no problem with the system, the alarm was just working somehow! Unplugged it and called them and they said they'd have to get their electrician back out. After more than a month, we called our realtors to let them know the treatment (ignoring us) we had received and they tried to step in.

We got one more call from Druin, and they came and installed a new wire. The never did any other work they were supposed to do.

I called them to let them know the same thing had happened: The alarm started going off for no reason, on the NEW wire.
No response.
They were supposed to come cap a PVC pipe in our septic mound.
Never came.

We will never use or recommend this company again.

Joe was great to deal with. Very Professional, showed me the problem and how it was caused (very important to me!), offered three fixes and let me choose the correct one for me. Joe is definitely an asset to your company!

Excellent customer service. Excellent on site service. Friendly, helpful, informative. Sean told me what he was doing as he was doing it. Double checked everything when done and cleaned up after he was finished. As a bonus, I was squeezed in much earlier than I was promised. Give them a try before you go with the other big name guys. Not sure how much cheaper they are, but they are definitely heads above the rest with service.

I have had them fix several plumbing problems over the past few years. They always provide prompt, professional, friendly service at a reasonable price. Most recently they replaced my hot water heater. Highly recommend for any plumbing problems!
