Horrible customer service. The do quick fixes to ensure you will have to call them back out and to charge you an additional service fee even when the quick fix last less than 48 hours. If you make a complaint they will not return your phone call. The lady who answers the phone does not even answer with a professional greeting making you think you have called a personal phone vs a business. She is not much help only says she will relay a message.

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. Great job! They replaced a water heater for me that was not in a very accessible place. They had to move washer and dryer. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I have no complaints, would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

I used this company five years ago and thought I could trust them. I called them in January 2016 to auger out my sewer line after discovering a blockage. They told me my sewer line was blocked in two places and claimed to have hit the second blockage 20 feet out in my yard. They charged me $200 without fully resolving the problem. Then they wanted to charge me $500 to run a camera through my line to figure out exactly where the blockage was. Thankfully I learned that MSD does this for free and got a second opinion from another plumber and to find out exactly where the blockage was. They told me that Tony's broke my sewer pipe in one place and had no way of augering out 20 feet. I felt lied to and deceived by the company and my $200 literally went down the drain.
