I enlisted their services when I moved into my Old Louisville home in 2019 and was so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail that I called them back this month for help converting my half bath into a full bath, which also required moving pipes for my washer/dryer as well. Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

The young men they sent were very professional and polite. They identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and effiently solved our problem. The price was fair, and they left no mess. I would recommend them to do any plumbing repair or installation and would use their services again.

AWESOME! We had a tshirt get sucked into our pipes for our pool and clog the entire system (don't ask...). These guys (specifically Billy and Stanley) came out within hours the SAME DAY to help us. Billy literally spent all day working on this for us to make sure we had our pool for the holiday weekend. Talk about dedicated! We are super pleased and know exactly who we will call when we need help in the future. (not with a t shirt though...those are banned from the pool area! haha)

My repairman Josiah mcadoo was constructive and knew what he was doin. Help helped me pick the right plan for me and didn't try to get me to buy the expensive one. He was good at explaining what had to be done and why. I recommend for your home appliance repairs.

Mr. Druin just filled in an old unused septic system that was collapsing for us. He was fast and efficient, price was very reasonable.

Worst company ever bin with out water for 11 days and when i called for a Appointment they told me they will send some one in 2 weeks and if i dont like it to call my Home Warranty to get some one else i did and they send me Parker Plumbing and they came out in 2 days to replace it, they did a very nice job and they are very friendly .Also the Lady on the Phone from Professional Plumbing was very ruth i would not recommend this Company to any one.
