The repair gut changed the element and said it was fixed. The next day my water heater was leaking badly and could have done major damage to my flooring. Today another company came out and said it was not fixed and was not up to code. I was charged 400 for this so called repair that was a waste of money and time. Very frustrated with this company and will not recommend or use them again! I'd give zero stars if this was an option!!

I had Davis and Davis plumbing repair my P-Trap in a basement tub that was damaged during a construction project. They replaced the area, but it did not seem to line up the same, the new P-Trap is now touching a copper water line. The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.
