They got here quickly and did a good job replacing a water heater, for several hundred dollars cheaper than the hardware store quoted us. The work crew and staff I talked to over the phone were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We also saw their price list while they were here and everything looked reasonably priced. They will give you a solid estimate and not try to haggle with you. We will be calling them first for the next job.
