Mr. Bryant is very professional and overall a great guy! Called him about a clogged sewer line and leaky kitchen sink. He fit me in the schedule as soon as possible. Called, texted, messaged... never get any responses. These guys are jokers, Oh well, I wish Jimmy running the company still, and the outcome wouldn't be this way.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

From the after hours response to the constant contact to let you know when they would arrive Dauenhauer is by far the best around. Austin was not only professional but went out of his way to secure the parts needed to repair our injection pump on a day when the parts houses are closed. After getting the parts needed he returned and had our plumbing back up and usable in short order. There is no need to call anyone else if you need something repaired anytime of the day or night.

Great servive very professional and fixed the problem fast and for 1/4 the cost another plumber chargerd and didn’t fix anything. HIGHLY RECOMEND THES POPLE 👍
