Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! I enjoyed working with the team at JW Heating & Air. Their technician performed a checkup on our HVAC unit. He was kind and took the time to explain everything that he did on the unit. As part of the process he tuned the blower's RPM to increase the airflow and took out some refrigerant because the HVAC was overcharged. Thanks to his work our unit will be running more efficiently than it was before. The service was covered through the LADWP HVAC maintenance program, which enables LADWP customers to receive an HVAC tune-up every two years. After the excellent customer service provided by JW Heating & Air we will rely on their team for HVAC maintenance moving forward.

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

I had a leaking pipe last weekend under the house, my husband tried to fix it and ended up making things worse. I called J.B late Saturday night, they came in and fixed the problem in no time. I truly appreciate it, saved us the hassle of trying to figure what the actual problem was. From a very satisfied customer.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

(2021) We had a leak in our laundry room at our new house. Randall was able to address the situation and treated fixing our pipe like it was his own house. There’s no one else we call for plumbing. Easy to work with, honest, on time, affordable, and GREAT WORK.

(2020) All I can say is WOW - Randall is the real deal. He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. If you’re in LA and need a plumber, there is seriously no one better.
