Tried calling for emergency plumbing service. With a major leak at midnight. They claim 24 hours and then said someone will come out between 8am-10am in the morning. That is not 24 hour service as I can call any plumber for regular hours and not be charged emergency rates.

If I ever have a future plumbing issue Or anyone I know wants a fantastic referral, GR Plumbing is the only company I will ever call. The list of compliments is long. Their service is prompt, always on time starting in the morning, reasonably priced, easy to schedule a project, quick to complete a project, courteous, professional, clean, really really nice guys on the team, helpful to provide sound advice for a homeowner, and kind to my children (2 and 3yrs old).

My family hired GR Plumbing to perform pipe bursting for the main sewer line On a 2 story family home and then replace all connecting branch sewage pipes under the house. A pretty big project on a home that is over 90 years old with original plumbing in a teeny tiny crawlspace under the house. I am so relieved and happy by the choice of hiring GR Plumbing. There are a lot of plumbers in this city, and Gonsalo and his team are the only ones I trust. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Miguel. I called yesterday morning and he was able to come today and replace my hose bib unit which was damaged. OMG what can I say but we had a break in the main drain speewing waste to the street. I called Miles at at 456pm on a Friday! The dispatch was AMAZING and A1 came out within 30mins !! We avoided a fine from the city and they saved the day!! So I can say THANK THANK THANK YOU!!!!

Had a shower head break and a shower not able to turn off as a result around 11:30pm. I called JB plumbing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn off our water. He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.
