I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

John’s Plumbing Co. did a fantastic job!… Had a mainline leak at the front of my property and John and Victor came out immediately the next morning, located the problem, and performed a quick solid repair. Not only were they prompt, efficient and affordable, but they gave me other options on how to avoid problems in the future. Will definitely call them next time I need a plumber!

Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the tankless water heater looks great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! Jose came to help replace a faucet, snake a drain, and replace a broken check valve. He is an exceptional plumber - courteous, responsible, punctual and fairly-priced. During one of the repairs, a hot water recirculation pump had a glitch and stopped working - he promptly came back the following morning to get it sorted out. That sort of responsibility and prompt fix is what sets Jose apart. Don't waste time looking for other plumbers - Jose and company is the best.
