I had a shower stem leak and I called Red Lilly Plumbing and they were able to make it to my home in no time! The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I’ll be calling them again in the future!

John and his team are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the work they did on my house. Great experience with GR Plumbing. They replied right away to my email with several dates and times to provide an estimate. The representative was thorough and precise, provided excellent advice on how to optimize the heater location but without spending too much money. I wish more companies worked like GR Plumbing.

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12.

The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house. I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else.

I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.

On time, professional and courteous. They have been out family plumbers for more than 30 years.
