Installing a complete new AC/Heating system with new ducts involved practically every room in the house. Yet we were able to conduct our daily lives without interruption. The JW crew Shawn, Rudy & Christian were absolutely superb in many ways: Attention to details - punctual - at the end of each day's work everything was clean - everyone was polite & friendly - they supplied bathroom with their own towel etc. - cooperated well regarding any concerns I had - knowledgeable -it was team-work at its best - contracted crane operator impressive! And last but not least I would like to thank Ted, who patiently assessed the work to be done and stayed in communication until the work was done.

Do not hesitate to call Alex at L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs for your plumbing needs. I found his company after reading the great reviews and was in serious need for immediate help. Our home had been under extensive renovations for over a year, and with a couple of weeks left before we moved in, found out out sewer line was completely blocked. After going through a different plumber, who was unable to dislodge the blockage or provide accurate information on our line, we decide to hire L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs.
Alex came out the next day to with his team and video, he provided us with a reasonable quote to install a proper clean-out for the main line in our backyard (huge plus for future needs) and have a hydro jetting professional come with better equipment for the job. Alex warned us that this may uncover a serious and costly $$$$ problem if it was a broken connection to the main line, but best case would be he can clear it with the hydro jet.
The following Monday he was onsite to do the work and within a couple of hours, had dug the hole, replaced the pipe and was successful in clearing the blockage of roots. My family and I are able to move on with our final inspections and move in to our new home without delays. Alex saved our project, and my relief and happiness was overwhelming. I can't thank Alex and his team of professionals enough for their great work!!
We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future plumbing needs.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid

The quality of the staff is excellent from the person who answers the phone to the technician to the management everyone person I have interacted with has been professional, understanding and considerate. The people at this company actually listen to what the client needs.

Craig's is awesome! Showed up right on time, charged a fair price, explained exactly what the problem was and solved it. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craig's over the big bureaucratic organizations. Very happy we found a plumber we can trust.
