We have little children and we woke up one morning and there was no hot water. I called a friend who referred me to Monkey Wrench. When I called the company I explained it was an emergency. They arrived quickly. The staff and service were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My tankless water heater was repaired in no time at all. They also took the time to advise us of everything we needed to do to keep our heater operating properly. Now we are enjoying our hot showers and can bathe our little girls!

I had a problem with my sewer line, and I reached out to Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. The plumbers were able to diagnose the issue and repair it in no time. They also provided me with tips on how to properly maintain the sewer line. The service was professional, and the price was fair.

My husband called JB Plumbing and Rooter because our master shower was draining SOOOO slow, and his sink was draining really slowly too.

We had tried draino, but didn't know it actually makes it worse! Thank goodness for Jesse to help us. She unclogged our master shower, and helped clear out the gunk in my husbands sink. She was so sweet and gave us advice on how to keep our pipes clean since we are new homeowners.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Will recommend them without hesitation.

These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and helpful. They were also early by two hours which was surprising as I'm used to waiting all day for handymen to show up. They did the job and it didn't cost us a tremendous amount of money.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from LA Premium Plumbing. They were able to fix my leaky faucet in no time at all, and their pricing was very fair. The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.

The Flood Brothers plumber who came to my house, Leon Castillo, assessed the problem we were having with a bathroom shower and a separate bathtub drain, explained in detail to me what he thought could be done, and then proceeded to do the job. No hard sell about needing to tear everything up and replace pipes. However. Since nothing is ever easy, he had to pry up the drain grate in the shower, which clearly had not been removed in probably 50 years. He managed to do so and then de-clog the drain. Yuck enough—all disposed of expeditiously with no mess left. At the end, he rejiggered the grate into place, having managed not to damage it. Ditto for the tub, which also had its issues with very old fixtures. Anyway, it all worked out. Leon was on time, listened to what I needed and did everything efficiently. Masked and socially distanced throughout.
