Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Would recommend and would use them again any time!

What is not to like about these guys. They come right after you call them. They arrive on time. They diagnose complex problems correctly and fix them competently. Their prices are reasonable. They test thoroughly before they leave and tidy things up nicely. HIghly recommended!

Who doesn't love saving money?? I hate calling anyone for help because usually my husband can do it. But since husband picked up more hours and work, it was unfair if I made him do more work once hes off. I took matters into my own hands and called around to compare price. I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.
