I'm getting ready to purchase a new house and looked up New Generation Plumbing on Google. They had 5 stars so I took the chance. Jimmy and Juan showed up to the property and they were amazing. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on future projects. I want to thank them for their hard work. When they ran into an issue they took an extra step to figure out a solution.

Simon and crew came and cleared a massive root out of my sewer drain through the clean out. Fast reliable work. Thank you.

There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.

I contacted them to replace a leaking main and outdoor water shut off. They scheduled an appointment and had everything replaced in time.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Micel Plumber. Called them after noticing a small leak in my front yard near water main line. They had someone out within two hours and he spent only 20 mins to fix it. Incredibly professional & efficient service. Thank you.

Our main line was backed up and our regular plumber didn't have a second guy available to assist in this 2 man job. We called New Pro Plumbing and told them specifically what we needed and that we would need 2 plumbers one of which would need to go on the roof. They told us they could send 2 guys and it would be $100-175 depending on the layout.

ONE plumber showed up, searched all over for a way to fix it without going on the roof then gave me an estimate for over $500! When I called the manager he said the plumber didn't have a ladder so he couldn't go on the roof. I pointed out that we were very specific about what we needed.
I would never hire New Pro Plumbing for anything. They lied about the cost. They lied about who they would send. Then they lied about our phone call. Stay away!

Yesterday, I had a service from this plumbing service company, and I'm glad that they provided me a skillful and fully-equipped plumber for my installation. He was a very composed guy who finishes the work with no time delays. Indeed, a masterful performance from this guy and affordable services offered by the company. Highly recommended! THANKS a lot!

What is not to like about these guys. They come right after you call them. They arrive on time. They diagnose complex problems correctly and fix them competently. Their prices are reasonable. They test thoroughly before they leave and tidy things up nicely. HIghly recommended!

The team was responsive, helpful, and fast, leaving everything clean and organized after completing their job.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.
