I've been relying on Fernando for solving our plumbing problems for three years now and am happy to give him and New Generation 5 stars. He is excellent, thorough and quick to reply. I couldn't recommend him more and feel very lucky to know about him and New Generation. Just last week I gave him a call at 3pm on a Friday about a broken sink and he had a replacement installed and everything running before 5! He and his team are solid guys: very friendly, very considerate and they do really solid work. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Last night suddenly water started to flow out of my kitchen sink cabinet door. I called john's Plumbing, and John came within 1 hour. He showed me exact problem. Apparently my garbage disposal stopped working and gave up on me. After an short period of time John installed a new disposal. I highly recommend.

Last minute, Friday night emergency call to Roto-Rooter LA/North sent out a professional in the indicated timeframe of 3hrs.

Communicating the whole way, to ensure proper meetup and timing, Ian showed up and fixed the problem immediately in the most professional manner.

As an owner of multiple properties, I will most definitely call them again.

I called on a Saturday with hot water heater problems, and they came out ON TIME on a ***SUNDAY*** to haul away my old, broken water heater and install a brand new one. On a SUNDAY - with no added charge for working on the weekend.

After installation was complete, I had hot water in 25 minutes. Seems unbelievable - I thought it would take hours.

Alexis was on time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient & an *expert* installer. He was so nice to work with & he answered all my questions.

Who doesn't love saving money?? I hate calling anyone for help because usually my husband can do it. But since husband picked up more hours and work, it was unfair if I made him do more work once hes off. I took matters into my own hands and called around to compare price. Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Called Ninja Plumber about my leaking toilet even tho they didn't come out and service my home the office staff was able to help me turn off the water until my husband came home. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again Ninja
