Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Our toilet stopped flushing. They fixed the problem but said to call if it happened again. It did the next day and they were so kind on the phone. They came back out that same day and fixed the problem (hopefully for good) at no additional cost. I recommend them!

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, and Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company of Los Angeles sent Harvey out right away. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and he fixed the problem in no time flat. He was also very courteous and professional, and the prices were great. We will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.

This is my first review on Google and I'm delighted it could be for Randall. Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices. Clean and neat. Wish I could find other contractors like him.
