I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

Have used GR plumbing for two separate jobs so far. Competitive pricing, jobs completed on schedule, and the quality of work was greater than expected based on past plumbers I have used. No issues handling changes to the original order. Will use them again in the future.

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving. Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink. Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job! I was desperate and they were heroic.

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. FAIL!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Please , Please save yourself the time, stress, money and the time off work etc. ... Called made an appointment, rep sounded kinda sketchy as if he wasn't even paying attention to the details of my plumbing issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. Long Story Short NO CALL... NO SHOW . not even a call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. I called them about 25 min after my appointment time. No answer, they called me back and apologized and told me that there is a plumber on the way ETA 15 min. .... ok ...I waited another 20 min. Got another call from the plumber: he asked me my name, asked if i had an appointment today..? .. Immediately began to explain that he was just told by dispatch that there was an appointment for me. he looked me up in his system and could not find any info on me. He then began to explain that he was already on his way home and that if i really wanted him to come out then I would be charged for overtime because it was past regular hours and that all he could do is come and shut off the water ( which i had already done) for $180. this company does not care about the customer or consider the frustration a plumbing issue can cause a customer . I had to get out of work early which costs me money, drive across town to shower and wash at my inlaws, not able to shower in the morning. A-1 Plumbing you are so fired.

He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. If you’re in LA and need a plumber, there is seriously no one better.

After trying to get some electric work completed with a handyman, and experiencing delays, incomplete work, and errors in the hookup, I contacted Golden plumbing to complete a main box hookup and get an estimate on completing the rest of the work. they came out a day earlier than scheduled (which worked nicely for me) and finished one line as requested which passed the county inspection. they also pointed out some problems that needed correction and had some ideas to help boost the power to my garage. they was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I received a fair quote for several options by the next day. I have to say, so far it's been good working with Golden this project is done and knowing it was done well.
