John and his team are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the work they did on my house. It was a huge project and they completed in in a timely fashion, during the global pandemic. They worked hard and thoughtfully to keep my family safe with the plumbing emergency we were dealing with. While I hope that we don't have to see each other too often, I would 100% use John's Plumbing again and will absolutely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks, John!

There was a scheduling conflict and my water heater turned out to have more than one problem, necessitating a couple of different visits and several phone calls. Through all this, their dispatcher, Kevin, ensured the most prompt of responses that he could given the circumstances. Moreover, the plumber who actually did the job, Leo, truly owned the problem. He knew how to diagnose the circuitry problem, ensuring an expensive circuit board wasn't replaced without thoroughly testing and ensuing the demise of the old one, and he successfully found a local source for the replacement, minimizing the down time. He also installed the new heat exchanger and fully tested the system for proper functionality, leaving only after he was completely satisfied with it. And in spite of the fact that these things are expensive, he made every effort to keep the price down as much as possible. This is a highly competent and reliable company, complete with an entertaining mascot.

Great service, great price, great people - I needed some quick repair work done on a property that was under contract, and Nautilus delivered a timely repair in short order. Very happy with the results.

If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

5 stars all the way! These guys saved me on a recent trip to visit my uncle in Santa Monica. I clogged up the shower drain somehow and I had nowhere to turn. I hit the net to find a local plumbing. Rocket Plumbing showed up highly rated so I decided to give them a call.

Chris came out about an hour later and popped open the drain in minutes. What a life-saver! I'm so glad this saga is over and I can have my weekend in peace.

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Jay was great - no fuss, straight to the problem. He brought his equipment and fixed a clogged sink in 30 minutes (I was struggling the day before for over 4 hours trying to fix it myself). There's a reason these professionals exist. Recommend highly!
