Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

When Eduardo installed a new fan in my bedroom it was shaking very badly. He blamed it on the ceiling. Also had a problem with a new outlet was told it was under warranty but they tried to charge me $100 to come back and look at it.

He explained all the potential causes and let me know the solution. He showed the pricing clearly and emailed me the cost estimate before I agreed with the installation and repair. Then he started to fix the problem.During the process, I asked a couple of questions regarding the issue and some other electricity questions. George answered every single question with full of details. He is really nice to work with, especially for the ones like me that is not very familiar with this kind of knowledge.The pricing is not CHEAP, but reasonable to me. I always want to find the company or service that is trustful, with clearly written warranty and policy.Due to this situation, I highly recommend this company in entire SoCal area. Their work is very efficient and clean, especially if you have a big project, such as installation of charging station. We are going to purchase a clean car sooner or later so if I need super power, I will definitely reach our Express Electrical Services again!

We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
