Martin and the folks at New Generation are truly the most professional, kind and competent tradesman in the game. I’ve been using New Generation for years now and will continue to for as long as they are around. Martin came by today to fix a hot water issue with the kitchen faucet and he came by within 30 minutes of the call into headquarters, fixed the issue in 10 minutes FREE of charge. Don’t waste your time with anybody else! Wish i could give 10 stars.

I was pleased with their service! Plumber came out to replace a section of the mainline piping underground. It was the afternoon so it was getting dark fast. They did have to come back the next day but they were very honest about it. They came back and job was done by noon. Plumber even offered to help clean which was unexpected. Recently had a leakage in my water heater when i walked in my garage. That is always scary any leaking yikes! I had to google a plumbing company as I had no knowledge Ritz is what popped up in my search. I was hesitant to call but I really had no choice. The guys came fast and let me know I needed my water heater replaced in my Granada hills home. Christian and Carlos came to do the job super quick, very respectful and knowledgeable guys.
