The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.

I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.

The joys of home ownership! On New Years Day we discovered a leak from a burst pipe in our attic. After searching for emergency plumbers I came across John's. They were able to fit us in on Sunday morning, and despite the fact that this was an emergency job during a holiday weekend, their prices were extremely reasonable. Person who came did their job and did it well, later looked at invoice and saw how much I was charged for the parts and labor. Could have easily saved $300-$500 had I went elsewhere. Only recommend using in an absolute emergency or if you don't like money. If the guy doing his job wasn't good, this would easily be less than 2 stars.

After trying to get some electric work completed with a handyman, and experiencing delays, incomplete work, and errors in the hookup, I contacted Golden plumbing to complete a main box hookup and get an estimate on completing the rest of the work. they came out a day earlier than scheduled (which worked nicely for me) and finished one line as requested which passed the county inspection. they also pointed out some problems that needed correction and had some ideas to help boost the power to my garage. they was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I received a fair quote for several options by the next day. I have to say, so far it's been good working with Golden this project is done and knowing it was done well.
