I was referred to Red Lilly by my real estate agent, and I very quickly saw how this company has built its reputation among professionals in the industry. Red Lilly answered my phone call and dispatched a plumber on the same day. I had a major blockage in a main sewer line. The plumber assigned to me, Carlos, was truly phenomenal: diligent, thorough, but most of all, tenacious, in figuring out the problem. After several snakes and scopes, Carlos systematically worked his way through the possible causes and was able to avoid a major costly sewer line excavation. I can’t emphasize enough: he was very honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. When the final bill arrived, it felt very fair and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about this company— I feel like I can trust them and that really says a lot!

John’s plumbing is amazing. I called them on Sunday afternoon and they had their technician out the next morning at the exact time they said they would be there. Not only do they do plumbing but in my cause they fixed the gas line at my home and replaced my automatic gas shut off valve and the price for parts and labor was more than fair. Thanks to John’s plumbing my hot water has been restored in my home, which my family is very grateful for!:)

Jimmy is totally professional. He has done a number of plumbing jobs for us around the house over the course of the past few years. The most recent was installing a second meter exclusively for irrigation. Not only did he do the work, but he handled ALL the paperwork from getting the permit to having the DWP enter it into their system. All good But more expensive than I expected

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used Roberto and A-1 and they both are still fantastic. I had suspicious discoloration that looked like a leak. Roberto from La Habra location came out and did a thorough inspection. Gave me peace of mind that there was no leak. Will definitely be using A-1 and Roberto again in the future.

I highly recommend Flood Brothers - lovely Brendan in particular - after receiving fabulous service from the company on two jobs. The first was complex, replacing the sewer line that cut through my back yard and required having the team here for a few days. The work was done quickly, ahead of the timeline quoted, and they kept the disruption to a minimum. More recently they fixed an issue I had with my toilet. Great communication, fabulous work. Wish I could give them 6 stars!
