Steven has been to our home twice. The first time was in 2021, when he was able to properly diagnose a problem we were having with a new water heater that was installed by a different plumber. We were thankful for his help. The current visit was to clear a stopped toilet drain. Steven came on time, was very professional, and quickly took care of the problem.
