Aaron Wheaton was the technician that came out to give me an estimate to unclog the sink in my bathroom. He was early, which was a good thing. He was personable and knowledgeable. He provided great service with a great attitude.
My home has a few plumbing issues that I called Power Pro Plumbing to examine. Gilbert performed a detailed inspection and quickly found that my shower faucet issue was due to clogged shower heads and not due to water pressure or faulty pipes. He recommended I buy new faucets and replace them myself. He gave me a comprehensive breakdown of other key plumbing issues and answered my questions regarding the routing of my gas and water lines throughout the lot. I have not yet hired Power Pro but I am confident in Gilbert’s expertise and would hire him for any plumbing work I need done.

Worst experience ever! call for service for my elderly mother, service technician came out did a little work and left to get a part. Almost 2 hours later my mother asked him what took him so long he got angry and just left.he must have over tighten something which cause a good leak. My poor mother woke up with water all over her bathroom floor . I called for someone to come out was a joke.....the field supervisor was a jerk.. my husband called him out on inaccurate statement he made to me. he told my husband if you know so much about it, why do you do it . Employees like that who needs them.

My technician Santiago Llamas was superb. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He explained ever aspect of the service that he would be performing. When he accessed the issue with the repair, he explained all my options with clarity and compassion. Tavo and his teammate Juan responded to my call late in the day. They were kind, professional, and exceptional in completing a hydro-jetting of the sewer line. Within 30-45 minutes they had finished the job, cleaned up and had our facilities back up and running. I highly recommend Tavo and Juan. I will definitely call on them again if I ever have this problem.

Very honest people servicing my AC unit, previous person who came to fix my unit tried to up-sell me on a new control board etc etc. these guys came in and out in 20min (did not charge an arms and a leg) and now I have working AC in one of the hottest summers on record

I have used Power Pro Plumbing several times for plumbing cleanout, plumbing repair, sewer repair, and hot water line fix. Each time they have been timely in their response, professional, and thorough. They have been very thorough at explaining both the problem and the fix, and they provide regular updates on the work for larger projects. They have been respectful of my home and very good about leaving the home in a better state than they found it. I will be continuing to use them as my plumber of choice while I own this house!

The technician who came to me was David Marcias. Upon his arrival he was irrigated how I went out to his truck parked on the street rather than waiting for him inside. He expressed irritations and continued with snarky comments. I felt uncomfortable the entire time he was around. It was very awkward and I couldn't wait for him to leave.

The repairman did a flush on my water heater and made recommendations for needed repairs.
Juan Martin Hernandez was awesome. He installed a new faucet about 5 minutes ago and it looks like it will work great for years to come! He was sensitive to doing extra work that could have resulted in leaks, costs, and headaches in the future. He was considerate of me needing to confirm things from the owner of the house too.

Water was backing up in my kitchen drains and dishwasher.
Eddie gave me 4 solution choices, and solution 4 was just right. I am very happy with the work he did.
Their chat was not coordinated with actual scheduling. When the plumber finally came out he did not have the equipment needed to flush my tankless water heater. He said he would come out the next morning but almost three hours into the morning I have not heard from him. Their scheduling and service leaves a lot to be desired. Their email ad was confusing and hard to read. Find a more reliable service than these guys. I would give them zero stars if allowed

We used Power Pro once before with some bathtub issues. A real nice tech Efrain serviced our problem. However today I was totally disappointed. We had made an appointment requesting the same tech, so we could get a quote to purchase and install either a tankless /electric water heater or a larger more gallon water heater. At the time of the appointment my husband and I had made arrangements to come home early from work. I even called the dispatch earlier to ask if the tech needed to enter the home. Everything seemed to be on track for our appointment. Then at about 4:00 PM we received a call from the tech telling us her was not going to be coming because it was too late and beyond his work hours. I must say this really bothered me in that if you knew you were going to go over and this is not allowed by the company then why did you not ask another tech to take your place. Yes we requested Efrain but if this was the case they could have called and sent someone else and not left us high and dry. Losing time from work and having to make special arrangements. I find that highly unacceptable let alone disrespectful. Your dispatch operator tried to give us another appointment however no one took into consideration todays loss. Unfortunately we can not miss hours at work again to accommodate your tech. I guess customer service in our case is not so important. So disappointing :(

Had a major issue with our main drain. Completely backed up. Too far down for auger to be effective. They came out on 11/18/22, accurately assessed the issue, and brought in a crew that day to work on it and they completed it that night! They had to dig down approx 6 feet to get to the problem and clear it out. That clearly was no easy task. They left me impressed and very thankful.I didn't catch the names of the crew, due to that they were so busy but want them to know we are grateful and thankful for the job they did. The names that I did catch was the initial tech Miguel Reynoso. Thank you for being Johnny-on-the-spot and your efforts to clear it. Special thank you to Field Advisor Alvin Ramos. He scoped it out, pin pointed the problem, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. Had identified a leak in an outdoor pipe and required same day service to address. I found power pro plumbing on the internet and they were able to schedule same day service which was good. The representative was very nice and professional. The issue was they quoted me a discounted price of $1,100 to fix the leak. I declined and said I was not going to pay that much and would find another Company to perform the service unless they could bring down the price. They came back and stated if they did not replace an old faucet and an emergency shut off valve they would on charge $600. Based on convenience and not understanding much about plumbing I agreed. Needed to get water in the house turned on late in the afternoon. The work took about two hours of labor and likely $50 of parts, so in actuality should have been a cost no more than $250. It turns out this pipe that was fixed was connected to a bad sprinkler valve in the box holding the electrical meter which required a emergency shut off in case of the valve breaking which did break two days later and had the water off in the house for two days until I could get someone else out to fix that. Now less than a month later, the faucet connected to that same pipe fixed was leaking for two day as it needed to be replaced. At the end of the day, I was exorbitantly overcharged to the service and parts rendered, and the company did not provide relevant expertise as to the issues that existed to help me support important decision Ms in determine to go forward with the work to begin with. In light of this, I would never recommend this company to anyone and would actually go out of my way to tell people to stay away from this Company that basically swindled me in an emergency situation. Very unfortunate and wast of our time and money. Will have to readdress the entire situation that should have been done about a month ago.

Update:Another technician was sent out the following day who did a bit more diagnostic. He was helpful in explaining the limitations presented. Although the problem was not fixed, I felt confident that a thorough inspection was done. Prices are much higher than their competitors, I’m not sure it is warranted with what I need therefore will be going with a competitor for half the price for same system.Diagnostic service, lift the hood and look at filters. Well sheesh I did that. Did not unscrew unit, even though I asked. Said “ this is what you will see” there’s no need. Oh and ma’am you have high pressure in the system, I don’t know why….hmmmm. I was told to call the company of my mini split system to order part and install myself. In addition the price for a new unit to heat and cool one bedroom was nearly $7k. Useless and frankly a waste of time. Don’t really care about the $89 diagnostic fee but would have liked to keep that.

Excellent team of professionals! My home is on slab foundation and I needed my sewer lines replaced and repaired. Secondary lines for my kitchen and washer were replaced and my main line under my house was lined. All work was done in a timely manner and everyone was great to work with. I had contacted the HVAC service company who does the maintenance for our building as well as Power Pro. They were the first to respond back over the weekend and secured a time the very next day. It was reasurring to have a company that is not just responsive with answering service but most importantly experienced and professional technicians like Albert Gomez. The company also sends a text with the name and photo of the technician and ETA. This is also reasurring confirming who is coming to your home. Albert was patient to explain the issues with my tenant and gave me a peace of mind knowing that they also stand behind their work. It did not take him too much time to diagnose and fix the issue. Not having to wait for any parts or another visit. Everything was resolved on this one trip. I can't say enough positive things about this business. Our shower was backing up and no water was exiting the house. I couldn't get a hold of any plumbers until I called this business. Luckily someone was able to come out right away and within an hour they were diagnosing the problem of a broken pipe which exited the house. They let me watch as they ran a snake and camera through the pipes and discovered that there was a crack in the pipe and roots were encroaching the pipe and not allowing the waste water to drain. They immediately contacted the City of Long Beach to get a permit and were able to repair the pipe the next business day. Their work was clean and professional. The staff was constantly communicating information about permits and work and in less than a week the problem was completely resolved. This business is extremely professional and does what they say they are going to do.

PowerPro Plumbing has undertaken some major repair work - tree roots clogged our main sewer line! Marlon was the first employee on the job. He communicated everything he was doing clearly, he was efficient, dedicated, and helpful. Alvin came next with a camera to insert into our pipes - and that's when we discovered what an issue we had. He made sure I viewed the video and explained exactly what I was seeing. He spent a long time explaining it to my husband on the phone, to make sure all of our questions were answered. The two men (whose names I unfortunately did not get) who did the major repair work really impressed me with their focus, communication, and hard work. Angel, who works in the office, has contacted me on several occasions to coordinate schedules and make sure they were completely transparent about all of their work.Overall, this is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Negative comment. I booked one month before in August and they set me up for 9.06.22. their lady scheduling manager called me up and wanted to reschedule for another week. Seriously, after a month of waiting? I suppose they do this to accommodate customers who pay more. Mine was booked on their promo of $89 for tune up, maintenance. I asked to talk to their Gen.Mgr to plead my case because we have one with health condition in the house but I was told she will have him call me. Of course nobody called. She may have not passed the word to her Mgr I suppose. Bad customer service.

He could not fix it. He called for a field adviser who brought a camera. They showed me the problem and explained that some of the pipes needed to be taken apart under the house. Dario spent all day fixing my bathroom shower that other guys didn't do a good enough job at. Now its 100% finished. He even had to make trips to Home Depot for extra supplies. Very professional job this guy did for me.
We had a mystery gas leak and had our service shut down. After multiple plumbers and tests could not find the leak, Power Pro brought out their A-team and spent several hours sleuthing with me to identify the likely sources, and miraculously found & fixed it. They were super knowledgeable and helpful...and saved us from a very costly project that most likely would not have even solved the issue they found. Professional and responsive!

I work a Home Depot where this install was fine. Juan did an excellent job and was very thorough. However, the office who dispatched him, failed to advise him he needed to pick up the toilets from The Home Depot which I had paid for that service. This resulted in wasting his valuable time. In addition, it would have been very helpful if when the appointment was confirmed, to advise me, the client, what additional parts the installer would need and prefer to use. This didn't happen resulting in me, the client, having to leave my house, go back to Home Depot to get the correct parts... again wasting Juan's time. In the end, he did a great job installing 2 toilets. I was very happy with his service and expertise. Juan didn't complain about the inconvenience, just completed my install. He had to re-plumb the piping to/from the new garbage disposal - something that would have taken me half a day and a trip (or two) to the hardware store in order to get the pipe sizing just right and align all the joints/connections. I called to request an estimate for a water heater replacement. The next day I received a call and text advising me who my technician was and when to expect him. David came to our home and assessed then presented us with 3 options. At first I thought the rates seem pricey but we quickly realized that we were not just getting a new water heater the value comes from the excellent customer service, quality work, and quality materials. David and Urisal arrived as per the notification I received. They reviewed the plan with me again and they quickly got to work. I thought this was a quick and easy swap but the level of detail these two gentlemen worked with was impressive. They checked all of the lines, installed new sediment traps, put in earthquake straps, new supply lines & valves, they cleaned the area before installing and after, everything was done up to code. They came into the house (following all safety protocols and he wore booties) to flush the water lines out because they were full of air and to ensure everything was working as it should. They emailed me pictures of the final product, explained that we have an 8 year warranty, and showed me where to look for instructions in case we need to shut the heater off. The office staff (Gladys and Angel) were equally professional and delivered on their promises. We have been extremely fortunate that we have not needed a lot of plumbing work in our home but if we ever do in the future, this company definitely gained our business with their sheer professionalism and top notch customer service.

Definitely have to give credit to where it’s due. We got this appointment with Emiliano through our local Home Depot and for a huge enterprise like Home Depot, I was super surprised that they offered a company like Power Pro Plumbing(supposedly this partnership just started this year). Surprised because PowerPro Plumbing is family owned and their customer service was just exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I called regarding my appointment, the service line was already so chipper and they didn’t seem like typical 1800 numbers who sound miserable or aren’t interested. Everyone I spoke to sounded genuine and super friendly. It didn’t stop there, the technician who came out, Emiliano has worked for the company for 7 years and he was beyond helpful. The membership alone sold me since it was affordable and plenty of benefits for a new homeowner like myself. Definitely feel at ease that I have a go to company that I can trust.

I suffered a break in my main sewage line that made for a very difficult situation on Saturday. Rickey Bates showed up and took a messy situation into a plan to fix the problem and, more importantly, make sure the problem doesn't have a chance to repeat. Toilet was leaking from the bottom. Jorge took off the toilet to see what the problem was. Bad flange and floor tile was not even causing the toilet to be uneven.Jorge put in 2 rings and used spacers to adjust toilet to be even with the floor. Resealed the bottom of the toilet.Great worker, cleaned up before he left. Would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable with other plumbing issues as well. Ask for Jorge Gutierrez.

The Technicians are pretty good but the back office has problems. They quoted $492 to pull a permit for water main repair in my front yard. The permit was only $76, and the office never sent the permit to be posted then signed by inspector. They were lucky the Inspector didn't pull their license and give a big fine. Anyhow, be sure to watch the excessively high estimates from these guys; highway robbery.

Prices are ridiculously high. They add up to over $300 p.h. But as far as Juan Martin Hernandez, he is awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This review is about Powerpro Plumbing Heating & Air but more specifically about Luis Aguilar. While the staff answering my call was exceptionally polite and professional, Luis sets the bar substantially higher. He and his team installed my HVAC unit a couple of years ago and I was fortunate to have Luis be assigned to respond to my service call last week. Luis is the epitome of excellent customer service. He arrived on time, asked relevant questions, got straight to task and kept me informed of every step in the process. He kept things at the right level of complexity for me to follow along, demonstrated what he was doing and gave me all the information needed to make decisions. I have to admit that my standards for customer service are very high and Luis does not disappoint. While working on my HVAC, he got a call from another technician asking for advice and guidance and Luis noted he was with a customer but this made it very obvious that he is the expert other experts seek knowledge from. He is very generous in sharing his wealth of information. After the service call, he called to check to ensure things were working and, while a couple of things remain on my side, he was more than willing to offer help, guidance, knowledge, and options. I had a cracked drain pipe in my kitchen and Power Pro Plumbing gave me a few options. I was set up with this company through Home Depot, and I'm glad they did! They called and set up an appointment with me the same day. Home Depot recommended this plumber for a garbage disposal change out job. I would be supplying the new unit (same as prior model) and any tubing/piping if needed. This is max 2-hour job.The tech who came by had the audacity to propose $867 for the remove and replace job. I threw the guy out.He called his manager who said instead about $300. What does that mean ... about. I wouldn't use this unprofessional organization for any job.

We were having work done in our home when our washer pipes began overflowing.. long story short- we needed someone to come see what was causing it to overflow. We found them on Google and were able to have someone do a free consult on the day of. They sent Aaron to do the work, who was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, as he answered all my questions. We ended up having him do the work while he was here (there's a 30day warranty). Jovanie Flores serviced our water heater and was able to work directly with our landlord to find us the best solution to fix our issues. We had him come for one specific issue but he was able to bring multiple other safety hazards to our attention and explained each of them to us thoroughly. My heater is going out. Not out yet - just going. The heating element would not come on. I was given a complete diagnostic evaluation with the knowledge that just as the heating stopped working, then coming back on on its own (no repair needed) I needed to remember my unit is 18+ years old and was not vented/filtered properly when installed 18+ years ago. Damage from dust & dirt has occurred, therefore I need to think seriously about replacing unit with proper installation and permit inspection by City of Los Angeles Dept of Bldg & Safety or having unit repaired with only a 2 year warranty as compared to at least a 10 year warranty with a new heating unit. The information I was provided was very important to me because I have had problems with heater several times in last few years and knew eventually new unit would be needed. Also, I was provided several replacement heating systems to select from with fringe benefits including a membership that assist with future problem elimination services. It is impossible to thank Jimmy enough for his patience in listening to my concerns, answering my questions and providing all of the information he provided to assist me in making the decision how to move forward. Thank you.

First time, Juan Gutierrez was scheduled to come to my house and fixed all the issue I had with my toilet and water pressure after a complete inspection of all pluming related aspects. He was very nice with great curtesy so patient and professional, explained to me everything that I should know . Jimmy Castro, service professional, with Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air, came to the property that had the air conditioning problem on a Monday. He analyzed the problems involved in our old system. Went over pricing etc. Since it involved a health issue and I needed a new air conditioner as soon as possible, Jimmy Castro immediately got things going and had the necessary paperwork delivered to my property so that steps could be taken asap for a permit to do the work. Jim Castro and Jesus Are, HVAC Service Professional (who was the installer of the new air conditioner came to my property the following day (a Tuesday). They removed the old air conditioner, etc. and installed our air conditioner (because of serious health issues) in one day on Tuesday. This is a review as to scheduling and customer service not the quality of the service, which I did not receive. I made an appointment with this company to repair my heat. The appointment was set days out. They canceled on me the day of TWICE. On the second time, they canceled after repeatedly postponing throughout the day. When I asked when the earliest they could get someone out to my house would be, after flaking twice, they told me their earliest availability wouldn’t be for over a week. I would think that after you cancel on someone repeatedly, you’d have the courtesy to prioritize their rescheduling but I guess not. Not professional at all.

Tim was amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and considerate to our family during the service call! It was a complicated multiple toilet and closet flange replacement involving truly ancient and dilapidated equipment. He kept us informed the entire way and managed to complete the work in one afternoon, even with multiple trips back to the office to pick up the new toilets and flanges. This company is awesome. They’re all employees, not like other companies that they hire their technicians on contract.So another of their technician came to our home, Gilbert. Gilbert was very professional. He even waited for me to buy the kitchen faucet to be replaced, while he was doing the estimate. When I got back, he should me the estimate of the installation only of the kitchen faucet, & it was indeed very expensive in the amount of $700+, only to install the faucet… so we declined the service. Thank GOD we found a handyman referred by someone to do the job for less than a $100.
This is actually my 2nd time having him. The 1st time was for my water heater tank. He arrived gave an estimate, was honest about time, how long it will take to get equipment and installation and the different packages. He shared all of it and was unbiased and gave the pros and cons of each one. No pressure whatsoever. Above all he was the one who personally got the tank and installed it himself!! We totally liked his work.2nd time around I called due to the pilot light was out, no hot water, and I could not for the life of me get it on. Gilbert was assigned to us again!! I had total confidence. Of course he got it to work. Again he was very professional and did good work. 👍 God forbid anymore stuff happens but rest assured Gilbert is my guy!

This is the second time Gilbert came to the house to fix separate drain issues. Both times he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.

The technician Alvin Ramos was on time very professional and gave a detailed discretion of the repairs that are needed. Go with the repairs are extensive and costly we intend on moving forward with power pro.

Avoid at all costs! Scammy and unhelpful! The good reviews here must be fake. Check out their Yelp for more accurate reviews (numerous 1-star reviews/reports of scamming).Our 4-year-old furnace stopped working, so we called for a tech to diagnose the issue. The tech didn't inspect the furnace but instead quoted us $7000 to replace all the internal components (or $5000 + an indefinite annual service membership for a new unit) because he saw dust. Our furnace is relatively new so we didn't purchase. We had to pay $80 for this diagnosis though. We ended up fixing the furnace ourselves a couple days later with a $4 part purchased off the internet. (We are NOT HVAC trained, just figured it out from YouTube).

THEY FIXED MY CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM DANNY WAS VERY GOOD IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING VERY NICE GUY EVERYTHING WAS GOOD
I'm very disappointed with the experience I had. We have had drainage backups every 6 months or so, so I called this company over the weekend. They came out monday morning and a service tech named Sean M. helped out. At first he was great, very talkative and sounded experienced. I paid $100 for him to run a snake and camera. He showed us what he called a blockage and said the clay drainage pipe to the street collapsed and could be a $14k job. He measured out the distance and said we are lucky and that it would only be a $5k job and he can get a team out that night. I was kind of confused becs by the time they came the drain backup had cleared up, as usual, so i said well if i had no choice im going to have to get it fixed but give me a second to talk to my wife. After taking a moment to gather my thoughts I informed Sean that I would not be agreeing to the job at this time. He then got really short and looked frustrated, he said give me one reason why you dont want us to get started? I already called in to headquarters to pull permits . I told him that I appreciate the offer but I would like to call my insurance to see if they will cover the work and to also get a few other estimates like any smart person would do. He then told me that insurance wouldnt cover it and not to bother calling them. He also tried to rub of the white dot he placed at the point of the collapsed pipe. At that point I told him thanks for coming out and I had his estimate, gave him a tip and got his card. I then proceeded to call my insurance. Long story short my insurance covered the repair 100% (i have external coverage). Also, it was not a collapsed pipe, just roots that did crack the clay pipe and grew inside. The job was actually small. A 6ft replacement of the pipe. I just felt I had to share my experience. If i would have agreed to the word of Sean without checking other options i could have been out $5k or more. Not cool.I give them 1 star based on the amount of money i would have been out.

I used a deal they had advertised for plumbing camera and cleaning $89 and Sean at the end wanted 270! and kept saying because he located the pipe which took a second and didn't do any clearing. He was mad and wanted just to get out of here
