I have been using you guys for a while and every time we have needed service you guys have been there! We have been fortunate to have Jesse on multiple occasions and he never disappoints! Appreciate the responsive service, it's a great value for the long run doing it right the first time!!

These people are awesome. Called with an emergency at night with sewer blockage. They responded inmediately. The next morning Isiah showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Roots in sewer. Very polite and always trying to offer different Solutions. Made you feel like he was looking out for you and your pocketbook. Negotiated a reasonable price to get pipe replaced. Then came another crew of equally awesome guys Kevin and Cole which were also very polite and professional. They went the extra mile and worked as if it were their own home. They did extra work which wasn't even part of the deal like hydro jetting pipes and repairing a water valve just becuase it was broken and they did me a favor. I'm serious my faith in humanity has been restored after working with this crew. Thanks so much and I will defintely use orange coast Plumbing again!!

We were having problems with our water heater as it was going in and out out hot water ! We called and JEFF M. came out assessed the situation and installed a new one in the same day ! He was so knowledgeable, professional and kind . JEFF M. did an amazing job and we are very highly satisfied with the work. Worth every penny! Waking up on a work day to find you have no running water in the house, isn't my ideal day! After seeing a river of water flow down our street coming from our driveway. We called a plumber! Orange Coast Plumbing came out quickly and Shannon and Nate, were working all day and into the night to fix the problem. Shannon came back the next day to finish the job! We appreciate the time they spend to make sure the job was done right and hopefully won't happen again! We would recommend them to help with your plumbing problems.

Sewer line was backing up into the house. I called on. Sunday afternoon and they were able to come out and fix the problem almost immediately. Cheap and easy. Chuck was very helpful.

Did a great job, very knowledgeable, and when a second more severe mainline back up happened he was kind enough to start the service at the drain location where I had figured the problem was located before going to where he thought it might be inside of the building. I originally called to get some leaky valves replaced in my new home and ended up having him replace all fixtures. He did incredible work and went above and beyond! We had a severe flood at 3:00 in the morning! We called several companies, but no one was “available” to assist us even though they state 24/7 service. Jeff of OC Plumbing not only called us back (at 3:00 am), but he took the time to walk us through every step assisting us over the telephone, and coming out to our residence to do an assessment. He contacted a restoration service to assist us with the non-plumbing issues as well. Unfortunately, it’s rare to find superior customer service — but Jeff was not only professional & thorough, he was also kind and understanding regarding our numerous concerns. This morning I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate to repair some plumbing lines under the house. Nolan showed up promptly and was very honest about what he saw. Upon chatting about other issue I was having, he came in to take a look at a running toilet I had. He asked if I wanted him to fix it now and of course I agreed. As I had an off brand toilet installed, a simple fix was a little more challenging. He fixed it in record time and walked me through everything he did. They also worked with me on price and are very competitive with other companies prices. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing need you have.

Excellent service! Our AC was not blowing cold enough and after googling issues I finally decided to get help. Jon G. provided a full inspection and gave me comfort that he was not just putting a band aid on the problem. He serviced our system and now we have ice cold air again. Even provided some good tips on maintaining it. He was very polite and professional and even noticed we removed our shoes in the house and did the same!

Both my kitchen sink and bathroom sink were jammed up, and I was referred to call OC Plumbing to assist. It was my first time having this problem, and Karen helped coordinate someone to come out immediately. I was lucky to have Steven come out, and he was professional, timely, and cost effective with how much he helped me out! I can't recommend their service enough.

It was easy to schedule and communicate with the office and they came out as planned and explained everything to me and we're upfront about the work and cost. Jesse did a fantastic job on replacing all of our bathroom hardware, including the drain which was on the questionable side of things. The guy is personable and honest, and kept the site clean clean. I will not hesitate to contact OCP again for my next job.

We called Orange County plumbing on a Saturday night after we noticed our toilet was loose at the base. We had our contractor attempt to diagnose the problem by lifting it off the floor, only to find that the flange was badly corroded and brittle and broken on the left side. At that point we decided to consult a plumber to fix the issue. After callling several companies in desperation, ( it was late on a Saturday night)Orange County plumbing came to our rescue. They called and offered a service visit for the next morning. They sent a highly skilled and experienced plumber to diagnose the problem and explain to us the necessary repairs needed. Rock, was able to remove the broken flange and install a new one into the floor and install the toilet back onto the floor within 2 hours. Rock was polite, professional and extremely proficient. He even left the bathroom cleaner than when he found it.
He also was patient with answering a few other plumbing questions we had related to different plumbing issues we encountered. We highly recommend this company and would use them again for any of our plumbing needs . Thanks, Rock. You Rock!

Steven and Henry did an excellent job when coming to our home/office on Thursday morning (24 March 2022). Our plumbing had been having some issues in the past (that Steven had actually worked on for us), and while the blockage was now completed we now had another issue with some backing up in our laundry area. These two gentlemen responded promptly, fixed the leak, stopped the back-up, ran tests, and was in and out in less than an hour. It was great to see a familiar face who was aware of our home’s issues and pipeline and it was great to have them both there to eradicate our problem so quickly. Excellent work for sure and on behalf of the Calvary Chapel La Mirada Pastors and staff we truly appreciate their exceptional service.

Wonderful experience. Came out in an hour’s notice and had my drain fixed in 15 minutes!

We are very pleased withJohnny who serviced our problem. He had to drill thru cement in our bedroom to get to the pipe. First of all taking up the carpet and removing the wood floor on top of the cement.
He worked for several days on the project and arrived on time and did not leave until after 5 pm
Everything was put back the way it was before and we are very pleased and highly recommend him and orange coast plumbing.

Chuck and Rock did a great job on our sewer maintenance, by jetting all of our exterior sewer lines. They were receptive and understood the direction needed to perform this task.

Scott was awesome! Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, creative, and handy. He came up with perfect solutions that never would have crossed my mind. Also, I called late last night and though most other companies said they couldn't come until very late today or on Monday (day after tomorrow), I was worked into the schedule and Scott was at my door before noon! I also felt that the cost was very reasonable for the services rendered. I would definitely recommend Scott and Orange Coast Plumbing.

Steve was friendly, courteous as well as helpful. He shared with me the problem with my shower handle and how he would repair it. He was willing to do a little extra by changing my calcium covered faucet because I had a new replacement but unfortunately stopped because he knew it may create a new problem. He suggested how to get it looking brand new. Steve was super nice. All the time I kept on calling him Steve. Only when the company called me to ask if everything went well, they told me his name was Scott. My goodness, he didn’t say a word. Thank you Scott, you are super great.

I had a very high water bill and needed to find the source of the leak. James came out same day I called and he quickly assessed the area I needed to address for repair. Thank you James for doing all the tests needed to confirm if there was a leak, and turns out there was not. I needed this check because I received such a large water bill in the thousands for a 1 person household for 1 month of usage which makes no sense. James throughly explained the checks he performed and answered all my questions, patiently and in detail. A+ for James! Would use them again in the future!
