I contacted Pro Plumbing and got a call back right away. David and Anthony were able to come to my house same day. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed one of the problems with my backed up sink. They got to work right away and fixed the issue very fast. We scheduled for them to come out the next day for the 2 other bigger issues. Their pricing was reasonable as well. I am very happy I found them!

I'm always skeptical of hiring services like this for repair because they always run late. When they were contacted by my management company they gave me a time frame of 8am-12noon they arrived at 9am and were done within 30 mins. During this pandemic im also worried of bringing people into our home but they were properly wearing v their mask and stood their distance. At the end they ask if there is anything else I needed before they left. Very friendly, professional, and prompt.

Dion did a great job! He was courteous and was focused on getting the job done. He had to run up and down my steps multiple times. He just kept moving. Clearing my drain was not quite as simple as we thought it might be since it was just a slow drain not clogged completely and he had a hiccup with the stopper, but he resolved all problems!

I had Sal and Mondo come out this morning to inspect a crack in the ceiling where water had been leaking out. They promptly found the problem had come from upstairs. They worked with my upstairs neighbors to rectify the issue quickly all while wearing their masks and lining everything with plastic as to not get my kitchen dirty. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with any other plumber! Daniel Ochoa, Owner of PDS, is the best, most reliable, dependable, and greatest value! HONESTLY, you simply cannot find a more professional service.

I could tell that my main line was starting to show signs of getting backed up. I searched online at an LUCKILY came across PDS. I called around 10:30 pm on Wednesday and Daniel answered. I set an appointment for the following day for him to come hydro jet my main line. The price was amazing - too good to be true.

Now I've dealt with many other plumbing companies over the years, and nearly all of them bait and switch - cheap price quote on the phone, but when arrive price is 5x more. You're desperate so you agree to pay the higher price, and curse the fact that you chose the wrong plumber.

Needless to say, I dislike having to call out a plumber, especially the larger outfits (Rescue Rooter, Roto- Rooter, Mike Diamond, Aydee Do), which I've tried over the years. They all screw you!

PDS showed up on time, had state of the art, clean equipment, and immediately I'm thinking to myself, now comes the price change. NOT! he charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Didn't try to up-sell me at all, educated me on some things I didn't know. He performed the service, I paid him, and he was on his way.

SERIOUSLY! do not even bother calling anyone else. Call PDS! You won't be disappointed in the least. I WON'T EVER call any other company, and i'm going to give his card to everyone I know.

The technician was efficient. He was in the building working on another unit when my service request came in. He immediately called me and asked if he could come over since he was already wrapping up the other job. I didn't have to wait around for hours wondering when someone would come. Perfectly handled. I would have liked a little more communication about what was done, but not a big deal.

PDS plumbing has helped twice in the past 2 years I’ve been at my apartment; and each time they always fixed the problem in a timely manner and were super friendly.

They unclogged a hair drain in both bath tubs (standard design) in the apartment. They took off their shoes, re-sealed the overflow, and used their drill to go down 10 feet to get to the clog. It was gross but water now drains fully! He'll give a discount for doing more than one drain. This is way better than Mr rooter and roto rooter (price and transparency).

Frank and David came because I had asked for a quote to replace a kitchen sink. They quickly assessed the work and explained how much that could potentially cost and the pitfalls of what might become a larger-than-expected project. Instead, they asked me what my real need was and was able to solve it by replacing the faucet with one that worked better for the issue I was having (it would not grab onto the plywood underneath and would rotate annoyingly).

They were able to remove and replace it that day (within an hour or so) and probably saved me a few thousand dollars. Both were courteous, professional, clean, and very skilled! I asked for their card as I will definitely use them for future work.

Highly recommend! I was nervous about finding a good plumber. First thing, Saturday bad toilet problems - bad smell, when pulled toilet off, the toilet bolt where the flange secures was disintegrated, completely. A new flange would not be able to secure to anything. There was nothing securing important parts to the toilet. When searching for plumber first thing I noticed about this company on Yelp; 1) Emergency Services 2) Military owned and discounts to military available. 3) The years of experience. The plumber, Frank, showed up within the time frame they said they would. They were dressed in protective Covid19 gear. He informed us that he has 10 yrs experience. After he looked at the problem, he explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He answered all my questions in detail, calm and educated me on the situation. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They sprayed disinfectant spray in the areas they worked, the entry way. door knobs and gate as they left. I didn't have to exchange payment directly with them. Payment done online, nice!! Great job Frank (guys)! I will certainly recommend you and thank you for saving us! Before and after pictures below.

Very quick and efficient! They came first thing Monday morning and within an hour had the entire problem fixed! We ended up needing to replace the toilet and he did it quickly and he cleaned up really well when he was finished. Solution. PDS technician diagnosed the problem and completely fixed it the same day.
Problem: bathtub cold water was stuck on full blast due to a stripped part of the handle inside the wall.
Solution: PDS plumber showed up on time and identified himself [+wore a PDS uniform shirt]. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed replacement part in his truck. Our main sewer line broke and needed to be completely replaced, we realized something was wrong when the foul smell hit us. We got two estimates, one from Roto-Rooter and the other from PDS. They both said it was our main sewer line needed to be replaced.

We went with PDS for 2 reasons.
They have this very useful camera system that shows you the inspection in live video directly on your phone. We got to see exactly what was wrong with the sewer line. The technician (Ask for Freddy) was really good at explaining what was wrong and what our best options to fix it were. Roto-Rooter ran their camera without us knowing and told us when they were done we needed to this one thing and it needed to be done that day.

2. The price.
Roto-Rooter quoted us $9,800.
PDS quoted us $5,228.

The work was done in 1 day, very clean (They had to dig the yard up and put everything back including the grass), and we haven’t had any problems since.

Amin (hope I’m spelling it right) was just a DELIGHT to have in my home. He arrived promptly, following arrival instructions and was so quick in and out that I couldn’t believe how fast it moved! He was super funny, warm and welcoming and above all - like his name means in Persian - he was trustworthy. Thank for so much for your energy and time.

I connected to this company through a work order from my apartment manager when water started coming up through the pipes. They called me the same day to schedule an appointment. The plumber came early in the appointment window and was pleasant and explained everything well. The work turned out to be more than expected as the pipes were old and also clogged on the neighbors side. After clearing and replacing the necessary parts he left the area clean and the sink drains better than it has since I've lived here.

The technician JB, came to fix a slowly filling toilet tank. He did a great job and ended up replacing the inlet flex piping the flush and flapper. JB was polite quick and efficient.

My plumbing was backed up from the upstairs apartment unit. My pipes under the kitchen sink burst! The Plumber from Pro Plumbing showed up as quick as he could (it was 2 am on a Saturday Night) he was quick efficient and polite. I highly recommended. I wouldn't use any other company.

I HAD A DIFFICULT WATER HEATER INSTALLMENT AND PRO PLUMBING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE PROPERLY. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, CARING AND RESONABLY PRICED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.

Recently had my water heater go out on the weekend. I called 5 other plumbing companies and their prices were outrageous. I contacted pro plumbing and their services was outstanding, they got my water heater up and running and even though my heater is old they were able to fix it they didn't just push me to getting a new one. Also it was great knowing that a fellow brother in arm a military veteran like my self assited me with this problem. Definitely will call pro plumbing for any of my plumbing problems.
