I had a bad gas leak in the pipe leading to the water heater. Chuck came to my house and spent many hours in high winds, replacing my gas pipe. He was professional and very nice and polite. I have used Orange Coast Plumbing on several occasions and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing.

I have used Orange Coast Plumbing for many years. They always do a great job. The technician this time, Jeff, did a great job, made a good suggestion for location of the shut off valve that needed replacement and performed the work very professionally and thoroughly. The OC Plumbing is courteous and responsive when we call for help. The service person-Cotten is friendly and skilled. In 2 hours, he had removed the old heater and installed almost every part of the new heater all by himself. He explains how to use the heater and how to configure correctly when we are out of town for vacation. BTW, he also helps us to resolve low water pressure problem and adjust to regular pressure. Thank you for your help.

Jeff from OCP replaced an old natural gas valve for a gas dryer and replace leaking water valves on the washer. He also connected the dryer and set it so we can catch up on laundry immediately! Chuck was able to find and repair troublesome leak that had flooded my side patio lawn over the course of some time. He was responsive, courteous and punctual over the course of the couple day job. Price point was excellent for the work accomplished which included demo’ing a section of pavement. A+

I called to see about a repair and thought I would have to wait at least a day or two to have someone come out but they had James come out within 3 hours of my call. He looked at what needed to be done and provided photos and an estimate. Very professional and nice. I will be scheduling next week.

Scott was on time. He was dressed well and clean. I showed him the problem.....tub wont drain....he looked and said no problem and started to work right away. I asked if he needed anything....no but thank you and he continued working until he finished.
He cleaned when i told him that wasnt necessary. He was fast cheerful and friendly.
I would use him again with out hesitation.

Let me Just start by saying Nolan is the very best!!
It was a Saturday morning at 6am and I flushed my keys down the toilet ! I tried everything but couldn't get to them. We have used orange county plumping in the past and I all ready knew I needed to call them. They called me back immediately and got to me in less then 20 min. My keys were really far back there but Nolan did not give up!! He used multiple techniques and I was starting to loss hope but Nolan finally got them back for me!

Had clogged pipe which was backing up sink and shower. Chuck arrived at the time promised.. He diagnosed the issue right away and completed the work in an extremely timely fashion. He was polite professional and most all thorough. Price was very fair, especially for a Sunday. Dottie , the receptionist was very pleasant as well. Overall , dealing with OCP was a pleasure.

They Replaced gas line from street-side meter to my house. I was able to get someone to come out for an estimate the next day. They did the entire job including trenching under the sidewalk in a single day. Very professional, punctual, and cost competitive! I’m a happy repeat customer and will be again.

I called on Sunday expecting to get their voice mail so I could leave a message that I had a clogged drain and wanted to schedule our favorite tech, Rock.
My call was answered by Dottie, whi seems to answer the phone 24/7. I told her my issue and asked to schedule Rock for Monday am. She confirmed that he was available between 8-10 Monday morning.
I received a text from Rock at 9:30 saying he was in his way.
When he arrives he inspected the clogged pipe and had it opened and clear by 10:30.
I can count on Rock and Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my issues.
After calling a few other plumbing companies and not getting a response I luckily found Orange Coast Plumbing. They were able to get someone out within just a few hours. Scott was professional, helpful and full of knowledge about the issue at hand. I highly recommend giving them a call. They will be our go to company from now on. I set my appointment up from their website. They called the next morning to finalize the appointment and schedule that same day Technician arrived within the time window given. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. His first attempt did not fix the problem so he suggested some additional work. It was scheduled for the next day. Technician again arrived during the appointment window given. Completed work and cleaned up. Excellent job I would recommend this company with no reservations.

Had a valve break on me and these guys, Nate and Chris showed up and prevented any further damage. They were here on time and also fixed another issue with my water pressure. I'll be calling OCP for all my plumbing needs.
