Best Trenchless Sewer Repairs in Long Beach CA

Our main sewer line broke and needed to be completely replaced, we realized something was wrong when the foul smell hit us. We got two estimates, one from Roto-Rooter and the other from PDS. They both said it was our main sewer line needed to be replaced.

We went with PDS for 2 reasons.
They have this very useful camera system that shows you the inspection in live video directly on your phone. We got to see exactly what was wrong with the sewer line. The technician (Ask for Freddy) was really good at explaining what was wrong and what our best options to fix it were. Roto-Rooter ran their camera without us knowing and told us when they were done we needed to this one thing and it needed to be done that day.

2. The price.
Roto-Rooter quoted us $9,800.
PDS quoted us $5,228.

The work was done in 1 day, very clean (They had to dig the yard up and put everything back including the grass), and we haven’t had any problems since.

Beach Plumbing far exceeded our expectations. They replumbed our entire 4 bathroom, 3300 square foot house that was built in 1947-no easy job to say the least. Their work is impeccable. Their professionalism is unmatched in our experience of hiring multiple contractors over the years. They were on time, friendly, and were so conscientious about leaving our house clean and tidy each day they left. And the cost of the job was so reasonable! This was a very difficult and time consuming job and we are so happy with the end results. A new tankless water heater that serves our entire house. The V Max team was awesome. I had an impossible situation that they navigated with ease. They were able to line my drain lines rather than dig up and destroy 10s of thousands of dollars worth of tropical landscaping. And just watching the sleeving process was incredible. The just feel like family and I will be referring them to everyone from now on.

Beach plumbing did not take my needs seriously, had poor communication and are very overpriced for the work they do. Called about a shower leak & shared other issues around the house. I acceped the overpricing because I wanted the work done that week, which was assured. They told me they would call me the next day they didn't. Then they fixed everything, but the original leak. I had trouble scheduling them to come back. I'm only writing this because my shower still leaks off and on reminding me I never wrote this review. I would not recommend them at all. I still have not received the invoice they were supposed email me.

Michael was professional, trustworthy and reliable. He promptly responded to assess the problem and provided a quote in writing. He then beat the lowest quote I had found. Did the job in one day. Left work area clean and had no issues.
I definitely will use him again for any future repairs or projects. I'll recommend him to family and friends.

Very bad experience with this company ! Paid them for buying parts with check that was cashed , did not show up for appointed time given , do not answer or return calls seems unreliable maybe out of business ! Lost $289 .
