Miami Leak Detection Plumbing

Who ever have this company a 5 star rating knows nothing of plumbing. These people are crooks. Kaleb went to my rental property and performed a shower pan test on a shower with a half inch threshold???? The pictures sent were bogus. His diagnosis was a faulty shower pan. Luckily we didn't do any repairs. My father and I kept trouble shooting and found out it was the diverter valve for both bathrooms. I tried calling this company to speak with the manager and he never got back to me. I called to speak to Kaleb and he never got back to me. When I called for a 5th time and demanded my money back the representative said the manager said no refund will be issued (mind you the manager had not called me back yet). I even told the representative that if they could repeat the shower pan test and it came with the same result I would not request the money back. It's been 3 weeks and they have yet to get back to me. This incident happened almost 5 months ago. They aren't reputable, they don't think of customer first, and they rob people who know nothing of plumbing.

He was able to find a rare part that was needed to fix my issue, and he was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is a no brainer. If you want someone to show up when they say they will, do what they said they would, for the price quoted, call them. Great guy who does a great job.

Absolutely hands down the best place in town! We have used them a few times over the years, but always a quick appointment time and their plumbers are the best in the business! Smart, get the job done efficiently, clean up after themselves and best of all are the kind of people you don't mind having in your house. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

The water flows again! Thanks for their technician. Called for an appointment the evening before and was given a window of 10 am to 12 noon for the next morning. Technician called at 9:45 am to say he was 10 to 15 minutes from our house. He is a friendly, considerate person. He went to work immediately, knew just where to start and got rid of a main drain clog.. Moral of the story is even if they flushable wipes, DO NOT flush them! Thanks again! Problem Solved.

The night before we were going on holiday we found our downstairs loo was leaking. We called Miami Leak Detection for an emergency plumber. He came out. He arrived in thirty minute, he was quick efficient, told us exactly what was wrong and rectified the issue. They are wholly reliable, honest and transparent on pricing. We'll be using them again.

You never want to have to deal with a clogged main sewer line on a Sunday morning...but when you do, you want to call these guys. They were fantastic. After my initial frantic phone call, they promptly arrived at my house within 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind, this was a Sunday morning! The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and and reassured me that they would find the clog. And they did! Tree roots can be a pain in the butt but I will definitely be calling these guys for routine line clean-out from here on out! I was slightly terrified that I would be living on canned beans after having to pay for plumbing service on a weekend, but these guys were fast, efficient, and reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Two friendly, respectful guys showed up from Miami Leak Detection company on time and got the job done. They made some suggestions that we'll follow. Would that every home service was this professional. We will call again if we need to, and we'll be sharing this recommendation widely.
