Andrew M was quick, professional and efficient. His friendly personality made my plumbing issue so much less stressful. Definitely using Pro Plumbers next time I have any issue with plumbing!

With that being said, I would like to give a huge shout out to Andrew Moreno, the Pro Plumber technician, who came out to diagnose the problem.

He demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge in his line of work. He arrived on the site on time and he explained to step-by-step on the issue of the matter.

Even though, we wasn't able to fix the shower drain problem today because it turned out to be something else that wasn't expected. I am confident that he'll be back to fix it.

I'll definitely continue to do business with Pro Plumbers here in Long Beach.

We live in a high rise and needed a plumber to conduct leak detection to identify the source of the problem. We reached out to Pro Plumbers and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Because we live in an HOA building they wanted to have their own plumber and maintenance team observe the process while our plumber (Johnny) conducted the leak detection. Despite the awkward setting this created and the other plumber’s attempts to speak over him numerous times, Johnny remained patient and made sure to stay behind to provide all the details regarding the leak. I appreciated his professionalism while monitoring the situation and making sure he spent time to speak with my husband on the phone to ensure he fully understood the issue at hand as well as providing me with details for next steps and answering all my questions (even if they seemed silly). Johnny deserves 5 star rating for his service!

We had a water pipe leak under the house. Andrew with Pro Plumbing came out a assessed the issue. He was able to replace the affected leaking section pipe and fittings. My first comment was extremely negative as Pro Plumbers badly overcharged me. Since then they called me and reimbursed me more than half of what they had charged me. I cannot command enough for their honesty.

Andrew Moreno did a fantastic job explaining every little thing I had questions with. Did his job quick, with no hiccups.

Andrew did an excellent job. He arrived about an hour after I requested service. He kept me informed during the drain clearing and worked the snake through over 40 feet of pipe. It wasn't an easy job, but Andrew cleared the clog. He also shared information about causes for clogged drains and some tips to help keep the drain clear. I'm very pleased with his service and I'm impressed by the professional experience from Tanya taking my call and Andrew performing the drain clearing. I would definitely call upon Pro Plumbers Inc for future plumbing needs.

I found the plumbing company using google search, I called and they were able to send a technician out right away. I was able to send a photo of my parts and problem and the technician was prepared when he arrived at my house. The technician Daniel was very professional, he took a look at my toilet and valve and then immediately gave me a quote. I would use this company 10 out of 10 every time.

I had a great experience with Andrew fixing a faulty shower. He was prompt, professional, approachable, and explained what was going on in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. The faucet in the back shower was leaking. The parts were old and out dated. The plumber Johnny was punctual, efficient and very courteous. He explained everything to make sure that I was ok with the work. I will definitely be using the service again.

Replaced low flush toilet that was becoming clogged and backing up. All better. Added the maintenance plan to assist with any future services. You never know. Quality work.

I like the service straight forward no BS. Andrew came in did his diagnosis told what was the problem and told me the replacement parts is still under warranty and he also took his to order the parts for me. Love it no run around

This was my 1st time using Pro Plumbers services. They were on time and professional. The job was inspected and repaired in under an hour. Their pricing was normal/reasonable. I did appreciate their honesty. I had another well known local plumber quote the job but they chose to send me a deceptive quote for services not required with a cost of 6x more than what it should have been.

Johnny was excellent. He had to put in some elbow grease and wrecked some wires but he kept snaking the drain until he would break up the clog.

Andrew was punctual and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Andrew for anyone who uses Pro Plumbers.

The service was excellent

We had a bad leak under the kitchen sink whenever we ran the dishwasher. Johnny got here early, spotted the problem, and installed a new disposal and fixed a longstanding issue with our dishwasher set-up. We would call again.
