I have used Tony's plumbing several times and have been completely satisfied with every part of the experience. Show up on time, know exactly what to do, and charge a reasonable price for high-level service. My new DIY rule is, before the third trip to the hardware store, call Tony's.!

Tony’s Plumbing came to my house to check out aspects of the home inspection report as I was getting ready to sell my house. Mark was friendly and personable and checked everything out and found no active leaks in the house. Paul came the next day and added an earthquake shut off valve on my gas line which I did not have. They both were professional and worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire Tony’s plumbing again if I were staying in the LA area and not moving. I am recommending Tony’s Plumbing to the buyers of my house as a company that can come take care of their plumbing needs.

I’ve been fortunate not to have any horrific plumbing issues but if I did I’d call tony’s They installed my tankless water heater some years ago and I was happy then. Recently I had some blockage issues with my main line water backing up in one of the showers when the toilet was flushed and it was the same great customer service from showing up, fixing the problem, being reasonably fair in cost and clean up.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my homes plumbing.

Called Tony's Plumbing Inc. and scheduled an appointment with them. I received a bid for review of the project proposal and approval. John arrived with the HD Video Camera, Hydro Jetter, and removed the root intrusion from our home all the way to the city connection. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Tony has helped me out on a few jobs. When I ask for an estimate he always is just around the corner and comes right over. If I am ready the job can be completed that day. If your local in the south bay Tony's plumbing should be your first choice. Very professional

I discovered Tony's Plumbing 3 years ago, on Angie's List, when we moved into a 50 year old fixer upper. Tony's Plumbing does all of our plumbing work here. We are pleased with their service, as they are licensed, professional, and affordable. They replaced our 50 year old cast iron plumbing with pvc, re-lined our drain pipes to the street sewer line, and updated our plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. We are happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Best plumbing service, highly recommend this professional service. John and his team explained our issues and their recommendation to fix the problem. John was out the same day we had a major backup and got everything back up and running quickly.

The team that installed our new water heater did a nice job and the heater appears to be operating properly with no leaks. However, my only complaint is they left the tile floor we have in the garage dirty. I had to spend over an hour cleaning up the floor to what it looked like before they arrived.

Thanks for fixing the kitchen drain pipe at a good price. Also thanks for following up. The customer service is spot on at Tony’s.

So after several years of juniper root intrusion with countless router jobs to temporarily clean out our sewer main-we met the amazing group from Tony's Plumbing. They came out and sent a fiber optic scope into our main and found the joints in the cast iron breeched and about 20' of clay pipe broken and useless to keep the sewage from seeping into the surrounding ground or the roots out of the main. John Sanzone (owners son) gave us a rapid quote to install a liner and poly sleeve into the existing 4 main. After getting another quote (from a company that shall remain nameless) we were set to get this job done by Tony's Plumbing with a $1600 savings. They arrived on time and everyone that we came into contact were amazing. The prep work was extensive with meticulous care directed towards preserving the house and all of the landscaping we've spent years on. The level of professionalism was refreshing and the skill and exhaustive hard work of all of the crew was extraordinary! I was able to watch the entire process and am amazed at how technical this kind of job is. They handled it with a high degree of skill and the install was flawless. After the install, they were very thorough to erase almost any evidence they'd been here. I give my highest regard and recommendation to this group. A special thanks to John and Tony Sanzone and the indefatigable work of Jimmy Solis!!!

I only have positive things to say about our experience with Tony's Plumbing! It was very easy to make the initial contact online and then their office contacted us promptly, to make the appointment. Paul was sent to fix a leak in the main pipe. He was courteous, professional and very patient in explaining the issue to my elderly mother, who owns the house. The repair bill was reasonably and I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Paul, and Tony's Plumbing for helping us with our plumbing needs!

These guys have been our only plumber since purchasing our house. Their craftsmanship is very high quality, they insist on doing things the right way not the fast way. They also do a good job of explaining the work they are doing and why they are doing it. There are probably cheaper plumbers out there but Tony's prices are still very fair and reasonable and the work they do is definitely worth it. They've done six different jobs on our house, all of them upgrades. At this point I won't let any other plumbers near our house. They've definitely earned the right to be our Family Plumber!!

Been using Tonys plumbing for a long time however they recently billed me for 7-1/2 hours labor for 2 easy jobs at over $100 per hour. That was to replace a bathroom faucet and clear a bathtub drain. Different apartments in the same building. Took 4 seperate visits. When I complained that the labor was excessive they just said the plumbers were at the location for that long and sorry to lose you as a customer but too bad.

I'm still waiting for a receipt that I ask for...

Being a plumbers daughter and builder I’ve had my share of plumbers thru the years. I’ve had some steal from me.. some say they will stand by there work.. and others who lie. Tonys Plumbing is not one of those! His office staff is prompt courteous.. his guys show up on time being respectful and your not afraid to let them in, not only they go out of your way to take care of your problems and follow thru. I’ve dealt with them these past few years on numerous projects and home repair. They would be my first choice in calling a plumber! It feels like I’m calling my Dad when I’m in trouble.. family

Tony's Plumbing was an excellent referral from a friend. Stopped the kitchen leak, replaced both shut-off valves and hoses at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing a good plumber.

repair representative had a horrible attitude. fixed the plumbing issue but ended up detaching one of the filters and created flood immediately after. very disappointed!

I have reviewed Tony's before, and just want to reiterate what a thorough, reliable and consistently honest business this is. I had a leaky toilet this time, and although the first visit did not completely fix the leak, Paul was right back the next day and was able to pinpoint the problem (no charge for the return visit). Paul is wonderful (as is Mark who was out last month for a pinhole leak under one of the bathrooms). I will never use another plumber
.......only Tony's! Now I just need to put them on speed dial.

Tony's Plumbing did an amazing job with repairing our Water Heater. Saved me the cost of replacing it with a new one. They sent Paul, who was very professional, straightforward and knew exactly what was needed. Now I know who to call for any future plumbing issues and I hope they send Paul again!

After more than enough pin hole leaks I decided to get my house re-piped. I invited 8 firms to submit bids. Out of 8 plumbing companies only 5 responded, then only 3 submitted quotes.

Tony's quote was in the middle of the pack but a few things stood out.

First, Tony himself came out to look at the house before submitting a quote (the only owner that did).

Second, I was absolutely sure he was being honest and upfront about the work he proposed in the bid.

Third, he said the job would take two days (as did everyone else) but that the water would only be off during the second day (in fact the water was only off about 2/3rds of the second day).

Lastly, he offered to pull the required permits from the city said he would be present when the city inspector came by to sign off the work.

ALL of the guys he sent over (5 on day 1 and 4 on day 2) were polite and all business. As long as Tony owns the company I'll be a customer.

Our water heater pilot started going out every few days, and I was having trouble finding someone to come out and fix it. The plumber we had been using would only replace it. They wouldn’t even try to repair it, since it was more than 6 years old. Another place that specialized in water heaters also wouldn’t try, since it wasn’t a brand they carried parts for. I finally called Tony’s Plumbing, and they said they would be happy to send someone out to work on it. Paul came out and opened up the burner assembly and cleaned everything out. This is exactly what the manufacturer had suggested to do for this problem. Now it’s working fine again, with a 1-hour service call. I was very happy with the job that Paul did. He took his time and did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with. Eventually we’ll need a new water heater, but to throw one away prematurely seemed a shame for many reasons. Also, the office staff was extremely helpful—by the time I called Tony’s I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they said they would let me know if there was a cancellation. They managed to fit me into their schedule that same day, which was a real lifesaver. We’ll definitely be calling Tony’s Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Always on time and professional. Over the year's, Tony's team has fixed leaks, installed new fixtures, toilets, gas lines, a tank-less water heater and much more.

Tony's Plumbing is GREAT! they show up on time, fix the problem and charge a reasonable rate. I only use them and have turned my friends and neighbors onto Tony and his team.

If we didn't all have enough to deal with this week, my kitchen not only backed up but also sprung a leak with older plumbing problems under the sink.

I called John from Tony's Plumbing and he coordinated (even as busy as they were the past couple of days) with his office, and the next morning bright and early, Paul from Tony's, arrived at my home.

Paul arrived at the promised time and cleared the blockage of the sink first, but then managed to wrestle out the old cast iron plumbing under the sink and then he replaced all with new fixtures.

It was a tedious job but Paul just patiently kept at it all, while masked and gloved, and yes, we used social distancing in my own kitchen. Before I knew it, the job was completed perfectly!

Just saying.. Tony's Plumbing is solid, professional and I trust they would do the same for you, if you need their help.
