Rami and his team have been coming to our rescue for the past several years. My sister originally used him when their water heater went rogue. She had such a great experience, we just had to give him a call. Rami is professional, personable, efficient and reliable. His work is good, he keeps up on new technology and makes recommendations without being pushy. My new property insurance carrier required that I install a leak detection system on my water main. This was not an easy thing to achieve and required significant research on the part of the technician to determine which system would work for our application. The installer did the necessary research and installed the system very efficiently.

Rami was informative and very helpful, discouraging unnecessary expense while focusing on the most pressing needs. He made several trips back to his truck to get the right tool/equipment and cleaned up after all was finished. Highly recommend.

I live in a association body corp and the trees roots in the common area have grown into the pipes and swage backed up into my house. This happened on a Sunday and I called Rami. I normally don't write a review on services, but this one deserves one. Rami was professional and honest from the start. We needed our main sewer line dug out, cut out, and a clean-out installed. Rami and his team took care of the issue professionally, on-time, at a reasonable price and as promised.

True professionals. They did a beautiful job installing our new shower fixtures. There were several unforeseen problems we discovered after cutting into the wall to access the pipes and they solved all problems quickly. After completion, they cleaned the entire area and removed all detritus.

This company replaced all of the fresh and gray water lines and fixtures in my 1940s house. They have encountered every possible problem and found ways to fix each one in the most cost effective and timely way possible. It is wonderful to deal with folks that do a good job at a fair price. Plus, they have a great sense of humor which is a real bonus when you take on a challenging house like this one.

During a masonry rebuilding of a retaining wall, those workers discovered a water leak from the main household water supply pipe. I called Plumbing Service Solutions, who has done other work for me.in the recent past, to let them know that they needed to repair that water line prior to any further work on the retaining wall. Rami and his assistant came right away and repaired the leak OK. Retaining wall reconstruction proceeded OK after that. I really appreciate Rami's very quick response and his repair of the water line. His service rates more than the miserly 5 stars. He deserves a rating of 5,000 or more stars.

One of our faucets stopped working and our toilet has been filling slowly for a while now. Rami from Plumbing Service Solutions came and determined we just need to clean the aerator and said the toilet isn’t wasting water. He said he could change the pump if we wanted but there’s no need. We appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell on us on things we didn’t really need. There was no charge for the house call. We bought the key that he recommended to extract the aerator and easily fixed it ourselves today. We will definitely be using Plumbing Service Solutions again for any plumbing needs.

I contacted this plumbing service about a rather simple outdoor plumbing project. I was able to eMail pictures and my request for the installation of a water shut-off valve. I received a reply and reasonable estimate for doing the job that I accepted. We made an appointment for the work to be done and Mr. Rami Hinawe and his helper showed up on time and finished in a very short time did a very nice job. I appreciated his suggestions and accepted them. Mr. Hinawe is a very decent and friendly person who I personally enjoyed meeting and I will definitely call him again for a couple of other plumbing problems that I described to him.

Service was to finish an outdoor sprinkling system. Job done absolutely 100% OK and the sprinklers work very well. A+++++++ rating for all of those who did the work.

One contractor came and gave us an estimate but never called back to tell us they received the cartridge needed for the upstairs bathroom faucet so l started looking for another plumbing company. Found PSS Plumbing on our nextdoor app. Several local neighbors posted positive comments about their service. They came out immediately and gave us an estimate of the part they needed to order. After the part came in they contacted us letting us to schedule a time-line for them to come which was 8:00. They were on time and successful replaced the part. Seems to have taken care of the vibration of the pipe when running water in the tub. We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a leak in our Condo complex garage that had already been “repaired” once before by another plumbing company when the leak started again. We called that same plumbing company again but after cancelling on us two times we were given Rami’s number by another condo owner that had used Plumbing Service Solutions previously and was highly satisfied. So we called them and Rami was on-site within about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and told us what was necessary to repair the leak. Due to some logistics issues because there was more than one condo involved we were finally able to get Rami and his team out and they made the repairs.
