I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

Always on time. Good service. Almost too fast. I’ve had them out 3 times for the same issue. That’s why only 4 stars. We have to remember this is a business after all. It’s always about money!

Shane is awesome! My parents very old AC was not blowing cold air and the home warranty contractor did not know how to work on the unit. I called Shane on a Friday night and he came over the next morning and got everything running great. He could have easily sold us a newer unit but said that the one they have is good and there is no need to replace it.

Miguel did a good job. He was able to locate the source of bad smell in the bathroom and cleaned it. He changed the toilet seal too to control any leakage.

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.

Mr. Frank was also friendly, polite, and willing to educate me on some of the problems and processes. I recommend his company.

Andres and Monkey Wrench Plumbing were great! They were very responsive from my initial phone call to the scheduling and to the morning of my appointment. Andres arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He inspected my clogged kitchen drain and inspected it. He gave me what he had found out and a few different options. Once I selected the option, Andres went straight to work. He was thorough and he let me know what he was going to be doing. He unclogged the sink and showed me the before/ during pics of the work. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Monkey Wrench Plumbing!

Excellent service and excellent price. Had Resilient out for a clogged sewer line that had backed up. John, the owner, was very efficient in taking care of the problem. Cleaned up everything and fixed a couple of things I didn’t know needed to be fixed including one which had dangerous methane gas entering my home. Highly recommend them!
