We needed our 30 year old shower valves replaced. Mike at Dial One came over the same day we called to give us an estimate and was back 4 days later to do the job. Everything works and looks great! No more leaking!

I'm very disappointed with the experience I had. We have had drainage backups every 6 months or so, so I called this company over the weekend. They came out monday morning and a service tech named Sean M. helped out. At first he was great, very talkative and sounded experienced. I paid $100 for him to run a snake and camera. He showed us what he called a blockage and said the clay drainage pipe to the street collapsed and could be a $14k job. He measured out the distance and said we are lucky and that it would only be a $5k job and he can get a team out that night. I was kind of confused becs by the time they came the drain backup had cleared up, as usual, so i said well if i had no choice im going to have to get it fixed but give me a second to talk to my wife. After taking a moment to gather my thoughts I informed Sean that I would not be agreeing to the job at this time. He then got really short and looked frustrated, he said give me one reason why you dont want us to get started? I already called in to headquarters to pull permits . I told him that I appreciate the offer but I would like to call my insurance to see if they will cover the work and to also get a few other estimates like any smart person would do. He then told me that insurance wouldnt cover it and not to bother calling them. He also tried to rub of the white dot he placed at the point of the collapsed pipe. At that point I told him thanks for coming out and I had his estimate, gave him a tip and got his card. I then proceeded to call my insurance. Long story short my insurance covered the repair 100% (i have external coverage). Also, it was not a collapsed pipe, just roots that did crack the clay pipe and grew inside. The job was actually small. A 6ft replacement of the pipe. I just felt I had to share my experience. If i would have agreed to the word of Sean without checking other options i could have been out $5k or more. Not cool.I give them 1 star based on the amount of money i would have been out.

Tony’s Plumbing came to my house to check out aspects of the home inspection report as I was getting ready to sell my house. Mark was friendly and personable and checked everything out and found no active leaks in the house. Paul came the next day and added an earthquake shut off valve on my gas line which I did not have. They both were professional and worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire Tony’s plumbing again if I were staying in the LA area and not moving. I am recommending Tony’s Plumbing to the buyers of my house as a company that can come take care of their plumbing needs.

Solid business. Everybody I dealt with: Silvia - receptionist, Edgar and Juan - field installers and Mark - the owner, were highly professional and courteous. Edgar came out first for evaluation and soon submitted the the proposal. The proposal was professionally looking and accurate.
Edgar and Juan showed up on time and installed the new water heater for the best price around. I discussed another issue with them and they convinced me not to go that route, potentially saving me thousands. We came up with another solution, and Edgar showed up on time for the second trip and executed perfectly. Honest, reliable, professional, fairly priced. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Luis showed up on time, with mask and gloves on and a great attitude. He took care of my heater, leaving it cleaner than it was and he offered insightful tips to keep it running well. He also changed my water filter effortlessly. I’d highly recommend him. I love Orange Coast Plumbing like a second family. They’re great and I’ve never been so confident in a service company.

Been using them for years. Accurate trouble shooting, little jobs to furnace rebuilds. Even the crawl space under the house with the critters posed no problem. Calling them again tonight for gas problem.

The plumber was friendly and found the leak he also was on time which I appreciated a lot because I was in a hurry to go somewhere, overall satisfied 🥰

Excellent service and excellent price. Had Resilient out for a clogged sewer line that had backed up. John, the owner, was very efficient in taking care of the problem. Cleaned up everything and fixed a couple of things I didn’t know needed to be fixed including one which had dangerous methane gas entering my home. Highly recommend them!
