We called twice. Before this post was posted and after you requested a call (although you left no direct phone number to your self.)

Its bad bussiness practice to respond to a post instead of calling the person who paid you 2200 dollars to do shotty work

Called this morning, was told no direct line to owner. message will be sent customer service representative said.

repair representative had a horrible attitude. fixed the plumbing issue but ended up detaching one of the filters and created flood immediately after. very disappointed!

5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

I texted John at 5pm on Friday, and he came out at 10am on Saturday. My kitchen drain was backing up. He laid tarp down down and got started. After 1/2 he to 45 mins and testing my sink with a load test ~ he was done! Very pleased, he did a great job!
