They showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Completed the job on time and in budget. They will be the guys I call in the future for repairs.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

We have used Prodigy Plumbing in the past and have gotten excellent service. They unclogged our sink for $99, just as advertised. This time, however, we were not as pleased.

We called them for a clogged kitchen sink.
Luis came and briefly looked at our pipes and noticed a small leak. He told us that he could tell from looking at the pipes that if he took them apart to try to fix the clog/leak that they would almost certainly fall apart and have to be replaced, which would cost about $400.

We were not trying to spend that kind of money, but Luis said that taking the pipes apart would be necessary to fix the clog. We said No thanks and he left without charging us and without doing any work.

My husband talked to another plumber who looked at the clog and recommended a liquid to use to clear it (not Drano, the strong stuff). The bottle of liquid cost $13 and the plumber charged $25 for his advice and assistance. We were able to clear the clog, and once the clog was cleared the leak also went away.

I think that a person's experience with Prodigy may depend a lot on which individual plumber they get.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
