Best Free Plumbing Inspection in Long Beach CA

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

Our office have been doing business with Jose for quiet a while now. He is quick to go onsite and give our tenants a peace of mind. The work is done in a professional manner, cleans after and gives a detail description of the problem. We have learned to be more proactive with our tenants. You cannot beat the prices for the job that his team can provide.

They provide a great service to the people that rent to me. Used them 4 times. They're always quick. I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.

Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.

I was happy with Geo who came to fixed the problem I'm having. He did his investigation of what's going on, and then explained it to me very well. He was very polite and the way he talks to you, you will feel the professionalism, and value of his job. I hope that this job will give credit to him because he did not start the job himself. The first guy that came to fix it didn't fix it. Geo is an asset to your company. I'm happy now. My sink is flowing water clearly. Thank you very much.

This was a great experience, while visiting my sister she had a plumbing problem that 2 other plumbers couldn’t resolve, Paul came is found the issue quickly and had everything up and runny after my sister has had this issue for the past 4 days. She is a very relieved now and I am very happy to be able to give this review, if you have plumbing issues call this company, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Will and his team are professionals through and through. They go above and beyond every time I call them. I use them as my go to plumbers for ALL of my properties. There’s no job that’s too big for them. I cannot recommend them enough!! They really are the best!
