Best Broken Pipe in Long Beach CA

GM Plumbing Corp. staff is excellent! They communicated clearly and very quickly. Technician Eliot did a great job of installing a new toilet for me. He even replaced the Toilet Flange, which was the main source of trouble. He was very efficient, friendly, professional and impeccably clean!

After more than enough pin hole leaks I decided to get my house re-piped. I invited 8 firms to submit bids. Out of 8 plumbing companies only 5 responded, then only 3 submitted quotes.

Tony's quote was in the middle of the pack but a few things stood out.

First, Tony himself came out to look at the house before submitting a quote (the only owner that did).

Second, I was absolutely sure he was being honest and upfront about the work he proposed in the bid.

Third, he said the job would take two days (as did everyone else) but that the water would only be off during the second day (in fact the water was only off about 2/3rds of the second day).

Lastly, he offered to pull the required permits from the city said he would be present when the city inspector came by to sign off the work.

ALL of the guys he sent over (5 on day 1 and 4 on day 2) were polite and all business. As long as Tony owns the company I'll be a customer.

We had a leaking water heater that caused damage to interior walls, carpet and flooring. Our technician, Luis, turned off the water to stop the leaking, called the restoration company for us and helped us get the process of remediation started. After 2 weeks of drying and repairs, Luis returned, installed our new water heater and set it up so the original problem would never happen again.
