recommend. Our toilet had a clog near the ejection pump, which is 40 ft away from the toilet. The work was too large for me to handle with a small auger but they were able to see us same day and had all the necessary tools for the job. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The entire job cost ~$200, which is about what I would expect to pay for a more complicated clog. I would work with this company again.

Duane and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. All in all, professional and courteous!

The fix man arrived way earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. He had to leave to pick up a part in another city about 20 min away so it took a little longer than expected but I appreciate the dedication to doing the project He was also super and kept me updated. I contacted in at 4 pm the day before and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Harold was able to repair the flush valve in my toilet in less than 15 minutes and did fantastic work. He not only was able to provide excellent service but he also walked through the house and checked to make sure was working fine. He was informative and detailed in his explanations and made it easy to understand.

Zach did a fantastic task hooking up my heat pump/ electric water heater. He was also professional and he did solution my questions and he took a couple suggestions i had like extending the cooper line so I can reach the home water shut off value that was behind the water heater.

My stopped cooling early in the morning. Leroy came at 8 pm; I was amazed they were still working then. Within 15 minutes he was able to diagnose and repair the issue and get the back on. In this heat I was grateful for his help. He was also and personable.

I needed to replace my old electric hot water heater. Troy arrived out and discussed we discussed my needs, he gave me a recommendation and quote. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I decided to make the purchase and contacted the Co.regarding the estimate. They rapidly transferred me to their installation department to schedule. They were polite and scheduled my installation at the earliest time available. When it came time for it to be installed there was a problem that the Model I purchased is no longer being made. They called me and explained my options and I agreed with their recommendation and they immediately sent Logan out to install it. I was not home but my husband said our installer Logan was prompt, courteous, efficient and worked hard to complete the job.

The electricity in my living room and bedroom went out. I contacted laser and they sent a person out within 2 hours to repair the issue. I'm happy with their service they're nice and reasonable. I will call them agaif I have issues

We had a pipe burst after a power outage from the Christmas blizzard. A 12 foot piece of the baseboard heat pipe needed to be replaced. Zack and Ross came at the time we were told. They were courteous and did a fantastic job. They made sure that was done correctly. Price was as quoted. Very pleased with this company.
