We had a leaking water heater that caused damage to interior walls, carpet and flooring. Our technician, Luis, turned off the water to stop the leaking, called the restoration company for us and helped us get the process of remediation started. After 2 weeks of drying and repairs, Luis returned, installed our new water heater and set it up so the original problem would never happen again. He was completely professional, knowledgeable and very nice too! I highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing!

Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
