I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas which controls the hot water and heater. We were referred to Prodigy plumbing. I called and spoke to Mark who explained what needed to happen and arranged for a technician to come the very next morning. Joe showed up bright and early, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak in a timely manner. He was polite and professional and then cleaned the entire area up when he was all finished. We are very happy with the job that this company provided and would recommend them.

Based on the level of service I just received from Allan Frank Co., the least I can do is post about it with a quality recommendation. A plumbing problem was discovered in our 4-plex after 3p and they responded to it within an hour; all diagnosed (main line clog, bad line cap) and dealt with in an hour. In my case, her responded immediately to a text for help sent on a Saturday night (!) and arrived Sunday morning, looked at the problem, diagnosed it on the spot, and returned Sunday afternoon with the necessary part. We had an urgent back-up and John made time for us same-day, explained everything clearly, and after some sleuthing and serious effort to clear our intense clog, our water was flowing more smoothly than ever.
